I’m very satisfied with the quality care provided by Dr. Ho. She is thorough, competent and a joy to be around.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Ho for a couple of years now and could not be happier with she and her staff. Everyone in the office is unfailingly bright, cheerful, and responsive to any questions or concerns. I would recommend Dr. Ho to anyone!

Dr. Ho is the best dentist I have ever met! As I’m sure 90% of the population would agree with me, going to the dentist is no walk in the park. There’s the general general discomfort of having someone poking and prodding around your mouth, as well as the dread that you might receive some bad news like you have a cavity or gum recession. Teeth can actually be the stuff of nightmares, at least for me. Anywho, Dr. Ho’s practice was pleasant from the start. I was greeted by the receptionist who had already contacted me prior to my appointment to take care of my insurance information. I love that! I mean why wouldn’t every doctor’s office do that? After virtually no wait time, a technician took my x-​rays and Dr. Ho herself came to explain the analysis of my x-​rays at the beginning of my appointment. She displayed the images and read the story of my teeth to me, as well as listened to my history and concerns. In my experience, dentists always have this chat with you at the end of the appointment. However, I loved that Dr. Ho started out with it, and so thoroughly. After, a technician came and cleaned my teeth. I felt very taken care of and I am so excited to have found such a trustworthy, intelligent, and modern dentist and team!

Dr Ho is as good as it gets – I am extremely dentophobic (had not been in close to 10 years), so I was dreading the experience. Dr Ho is outstanding. She was empathetic, really knowledgeable, and offered sound advice regarding a couple of teeth. Her office is impeccably clean, the ladies in the Front Office are delightful and even the hygienist was raving about what a wonderful place it was to work. I am extremely pleased.

I love Dr. Ho. She makes me feel good about my teeth even though they are not perfect. I’ve going to her for well over 6 years and will continue to do so for many years to come.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ho and her staff for about 2 yrs now. Her whole staff’s very friendly in relaxed office. So far my experience has been very positive and will continue to see her for all my future appts.

Dr. Karen Ho and her staff are the BEST. The office is friendly and relaxed. Her staff goes out of their way to save you money when dealing with insurance. She is the best and I’m very sad that we are leaving the area because we won’t find a place this good again.

I took a 15-​year hiatus from going to the dentist because, well, it wasn’t my favorite place to go. That all changed when I went to visit Dr. Karen Ho.
Everyone, and I mean everyone, in the office is super-​nice. Super-​efficient. Super-​honest. And if you’re as terrified of the dentist as I was, super-​accomodating.
Given the time it had been since my last visit, there was some work to be done. Redo some fillings, get a DEEp cleaning, x-​rays, the works. It was literally pain-​free. And hassle-​free. And I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy my visit.
I can’t recommend them enough. Contact the office now as they have a bit of a waiting list (for good reason).

Just ah-​mazing! just moved to the area and was having dinner and all of a sudden my crown came off my tooth. 8:00pm at night, what to do? Unilocal for a dentist-​stat. Found Dr. Karen Ho and the fantastic reviews and decided to send the business an email requesting an appointment. While I read other dentist reviews in the area, I get an email from the Doctor! Not a service, but Dr. Karen Ho wrote me immediately back and had her staff squeeze me in this morning. She and the staff were so accommodating and even had my records from my doctor in LA already by the time I arrived in the morning and so already knew my dental history. I was in and out in less than an hour with my temporary crown in place. Coming back next week to get a new and shiny crown and couldn’t be more pleased with her and the staff. Thank you so much!

We are new to town and needed to get set up with a new dentist. I was hesitant to find a dentist via Unilocal as I typically rely on it for restaurants! But I wasn’t able to get a good recommendation from coworkers. Turns out Unilocal rocked it and Dr Ho, Ahn the hygienist and the staff are amazing!!! My husband and I had amazing experiences today with our cleanings and know the follow ups will be great as well. My husband has not had good dentist experiences in the past and is always hesitant. For him to say it went well means a ton!!!

I wanted to be a new patient with initial short consultation. Office officially works from 8am till 5pm 4 days a week. But they do not accept new patients at 8am, just after 9am. Even after exposing that 9am doesn’t work for me because of my work and that I’d need just short 15min consultation — they didn’t want to make appointment at 8am or after 5pm (even mentioned that Dr Karen leaves office at 4pm). I don’t understand that policy to me as customer and I will not tolerate that.

Dr. Ho found a hairline fracture in a tooth that was bothering me for over a month which two other dentists were not able to see. The power of her magical light stick alone deserves 5 stars! She’s also got the calmest demeanor and took care of my tooth in the same visit. I’ll be back in a few weeks for my permanent crown and a new mouth guard. Here’s to hoping the problem is taken care of!

What can you say that hasn’t already been said about Dr. Ho and her staff. Her office is wonderfully clean and updated. She uses all of the newest technology and dental tools. Even though I am out of network, I am very happy to be a customer and high recommend Dr. Ho and her staff.

I have been extremely happy with Dr. Karen and the rest of the staff. I usually get my teeth cleaned by Anh and checked up by Dr. Karen. Anh is extremely careful, considerate, and meticulous with her work. My teeth are always spotless after a cleaning! Dr. Karen always makes me feel welcome and comfortable and she is very detailed with her work. My visits are always a pleasure.

I actually enjoy going to the dentist. No joke.
Dr. Karen and the whole staff (Jen, Diana, Kathy, Mickie, Anh, etcetera) are amazing. I always feel taken care of during my visits and the staff truly care about their work. The cleanings are always very thorough but also very gentle and I love how my teeth feel after my appointments. Regardless of what type of appointment I have, Dr. Karen always makes a cheerful appearance and checks in. More importantly, I’ve never felt any pain with any of my procedures as she is liberal with the anesthesia for a wuss like me.
I’ve had a bit of work done on my teeth (orthodontics, two dental implants, bone grafts, gum graft, and a bridge) and Dr. Karen was wonderful during the whole process. Her recommended team for my teeth, Dr. Joseph Kim, DMD & Drs. Phelps & Cohen Orthodontics, are awesome too. For such major dental work, a comprehensive, easy to understand breakdown of costs was provided. Because my dental work spanned two years, Dr. Karen honored her initial quotes for me.
The new office is slightly sterile, but extremely clean and comfortable. The equipment is all new and up to date and the chairs are comfortable. I’ve never had to wait over five minutes for my appointment, and am provided numerous reminders (from calls, emails, and a cute little tooth sticker for my home wall calendar) for my next one. I’m also always given a little baggie with a nice Oral-​B toothbrush, Crest toothpaste, and floss upon exit (perfect for travel!).
An honest, quality practice is difficult to come by, so really, look no further.

Dr. Ho’s dentist practice is so efficient and precise, it’s almost like going to my masseuse on a weekly basis!
Appointments are set before you leave and they send out e-​mail and text message reminders a few days and hours prior to your appointment!
Parking is plentiful and the office is brand new!
Appointments start on time and the staff is excellent — friendly and personable!
Best of all, there is no silly up-​selling like buying a new car!

From the one who wanted to put a crown on every tooth to the one who fit me with a mouth guard that shifted my teeth so much that I had to get braces to fix the damage, I’ve had my share of bad dentists in the area. After commiserating with another Unilocaler about one of these losers, I found out that she had moved to Dr. Ho and was happy.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ho’s for several years now and will be for as long as she’s around. She and her staff are wonderful and make going to the dentist as pleasant as they can. Jen is my hygienist of choice because, like Dr. Ho, she listens to the patients and is willing to work with you to make the appointment go smoothly.

I am a new patient of Dr Karen HO and all I can say is she is too legit to quit, she is my new dentist.
I came from a cheaper essj viet style dentist, and I was just sick of the traffic, and ghetto money saving tactics, you only get one set of perminate teeth, so why cheap out on something so important?

Cons:
they are not open on Fridays, not that is a big deal for me but I can see that it would for others.
price is quit high, over twice as much as my old essj dentist, and a little more expensive than my other well known dentist that is in sunnyvale/​borderline los altos, for this locations Im not sure if the price is on par, but the customer service, cleanliness, professionalism, and quality of work make the price worth it.
you get what you pay for always, and I will pay the price for outstanding work.
