I wish I could give them –5 stars.
The guy at the front desk was extremely rude.
And for every question I asked him he starts banging all the stuff around him to answer. I felt very unsafe there.
he made me wait for 35mins just to do the paper work wrong two times. i politely asked him if it’s okay if he can ask the other lady to do my lab work, he again rudely with a high pitch talks to me. I was fasting for 12hours and felt very weak so I didn’t feel like walking out or even saying anything back to him.
I would never recommend this facility to anyone nor will go again.

Made an appointment to get my blood drawn, which was effectively useless. Waiting time is the same wo an appt. This place is understaffed… had only one person doing paperwork and drawing blood. Probably should have gone to my usual labcorp which has 3 to 4 working the place. Dissing the facility not the staff.2 stars.

Quick, fast, easy with a smile. For some reason this labcorp is not listed on the handouts or recommended by doctors offices even though it’s listed on their website. Service was quick and lines short. The technician was precise in getting samples of blood and didn’t even leave a mark on my arm!
If you’re in San Jose and need blood work and urinalysis done I was in and out 15 minutes tops.
Highly recommended as an alternative to labcorp at other sites.

Personally, I love this place because I’m totally afraid of needles and I need to get a blood test every three months. This has been the only place where everyone is great at taking my blood. Quick, and I can barely feel it. I’ve tried waaay too many places in the south bay and have been traumatized one to many times to go back to some of those places. The hours here are extremely inconvenient for me since I don’t work nearby, am not a morning person, and work late hours. And yes, if you don’t have an appointment there can be a wait. I usually get there about 10 mins before the hour if I don’t have an appointment because the appointments are at the top of the hour. But despite all of this, I still come here because these guys are quick with the needle and I’m not left with a giant arm bruise that stays for a week.

I go to the basement of Good SAM instead for clear, clean, professional service for lab Corp without all the confusion and time you waste going direct for whatever disorganized logic they can probably not really explain! Just take the form and go to GoodSam! It will be a lot easier and less stressful on you! I know, i have done it over 300 times! It’s really too bad as i prefer this location closer to home!

I’ve been here four times, and every time I have to wait 30 mins. They are simply not fast workers. It takes them 10 mins a person just to type your name. Today I took my 16 month old. I knew it wouldn’t be fun, and understand babies cry. But I had an appointment, and wasn’t seen any sooner than anyone else. I was just seen in the order of the long sign in sheet. Then, once we were back there, they had us hold her down THREE times before they actually had all the items they needed to do the draw. Like, she is screaming hysterically– how bout we just do this once? It just seems like everyone there is confused and slow all the time.

Walked in 10:50am and walked out at 11:05am. The nice lady did a gentle poke and there was no bruise. No complaints and friendly staff. Parking easy out front. It’s in the parking lot area of the Walgreens on Winchester.

The location was good, though the check-​in procedures were clunky. I forgot my insurance card, and I had to retrieve all of my very specific group number and policy number information on my own with no assistance whatsoever. Which wouldn’t have been AS big a deal except I had to pee (for the test, so I timed it) and I was starving (for the other test), so I wasn’t in a really great mental place at this point.
I’ve been to better and worse places. It got the job done.
