I am happily married to my wife Laura. We reside in a van down by the river. No, we actually live in a house near a creek with our daughter.

I graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in political science and the McGeorge School of Law with a juris doctor.

I have been at my office in Campbell since 2009 and definitely love the surrounding community as I grew up in Los Altos.

Shahram has a way of connecting with people. He is approachable, open minded and very responsive with his communication. He is extremely patient and unlike many lawyers I have seen, he never insults you for asking naïve questions. The entire process of establishing 501 c3 with Shahram’s help was educational as this was our first time with a non-​profit. The process is very intricate so many of our friends recommended going with a Lawyer. There are so many things that I learned and our tax exempt approval came pretty quickly from IRS because all forms were done meticulously. Shahram’s experience in the field is impeccable and the documents he prepared were thorough and yet to the point. I also learned through our interaction that if something is unclear, Shahram will ask you the right questions, learn about your process/​product/​services, reflect upon the situation and offer a very holistic solution to address your needs/​concerns. His responses are very thorough. It was a joy to work with Shahram.

After my father passed away, I had a complicated estate to settle. I was his only heir, and had no previous experience with this type of business. I worked with 4 lawyers before one of my coworkers found me crying in the breakroom exasperated by the way each had taken advantage of me. She recommended I talk to Shahram. He was completely different. He was able to give me a thorough explanation of what actions I needed to take, broken down into specific steps and made sure I understood each one. I can’t believe how many things he took care of that the other lawyers never even mentioned. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond what was required of him. He also really knew what he was talking about and could list legal codes off the top of his head, which was extremely helpful when people were challenging my rights. shahram was hugely helpful when it came to assisting me with the formation of my business. was debating which type of business to form, corporation or llc and he was able to plainly help explain the similarities and distinctions between the two. even though the entities are somewhat similar, i wasn’t 100% clear on which one would be best for my situation. i was extremely satisfied with his work and was especially grateful that he actually took the time to respond to my phone calls and emails instead of just brushing me for long periods of time.

Shahram did a great job redoing corporate documents for my gym. He was very attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. I made the mistake of using some online service to expedite my original incorporation; the service was cheap, but by means not thorough enough. I hired Shahram to clean up and redo the original paperwork that included: by-​law amendment, shareholder agreement, employment contracts, etc. Work was done as promised and delivered on time. He even accommodated my schedule and came to my gym for our initial consultation and follow-​up meetings. I would highly recommend Shahram and also use him again for business legal work that I need in the future.

I need a renters agreement and I got a great quote from him!
He quickly prepared and presented everything beautifully and even allowed for me to change anything in the agreement I wanted. I was so uneducated about the entire subject and I was please that Shahram not only provided the paper work but he educated me on the subject for future clients.
