Mr. Lipton has been practicing criminal law for over thirty years. In this long period of criminal defense, Mr. Lipton has been active in both community and legal affairs, working as a Volunteer in Parole, lecturing on legal matters at De Anza College, directing and managing the Legal Aid Office at De Anza College, and is an active member of the State of California and Santa Clara County Bar Associations. Mr. Lipton has also been the Regional Representative for the Junior Tennis Council of United States Tennis Association.
