We had to remodel an Eichler in the Bay Area and were fortunate to get connected with MGA Properties for the work. It was a big job spanning several months, and we didn’t really know what to expect when we started. Pedro and his crew worked seamlessly with the company’s administration and provided invaluable recommendations in addition to doing hard and effective work. He worked efficiently, could take on big jobs himself, but also knew when to pull in other contractors to do key tasks. Pedro, Janelle and Vince made a great combo in providing recommendations for everything from structural changes to landscaping to lighting and countertop choices. The place looks great and rented almost immediately after we were done. Communication is the key in such situations and MGA maintained the perfect balance of providing information while taking on the decisions that needed to be made without us.

I needed someone to update my mom’s house to get it ready for sale. It hadn’t been updated since the late 70’s/early 80’s, and needed a lot of work to put it on the market. Pedro did a fantastic job. He communicated with me regularly to keep me updated on the progress (I live about 200 miles from the house so that was very important since I couldn’t see it regularly), he was very good about making recommendations for changes that were most cost effective and would look good, and he worked fast. Both the realtor and I couldn’t believe the transformation, and it was all under the budget I had set for the work! I can’t say enough great things about the work he does!
