Love coming here because i get to see see all the same guys. They all know me by name which always makes me feel welcomed. Not to mention they have the best prices on a majority of the things i go in for.

Bad service, call to check if 75 gallon power vent in stock. Ask for my number and to call back within 10 min. Never call back.

I just called to ask about a utility sink. I asked whether they had them and the employee said, «We should.» Then I asked whether they had a large-​sized one, saying I had been to several plumbing supplies and found only the 25 inch model. The guy said, «We probably have the same one.» Don’t bother calling before you go. It’s a waste of time.

This store has less than ideal customer service. I usually have to wait 10 – 20 minutes to be helped, even when employees are not preoccupied. There system is prehistoric. In the heart of Silicon Valley they don’t use computers to manage their inventory. What kind of plumbing distributor is out of 50 gal NG water heaters? I always avoid going to this store to save time and my sanity.

My wife and I were looking for a new kitchen sink and faucet on a Saturday. After checking the big box stores, we stopped in at RV Cloud. After looking at the showroom displays, we were greeted by Mark. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgable. We ended up ordering the the Kohler sink that we were looking for at a very competitive price. He spent a lot of time helping us select a faucet as well which we will buy when our sink arrives. We want RV Cloud and Mark to know how much we appreciate and value the great friendly service we received from our local plumbing supply.

Super rude. Waited forever to get help then they told me to go to some store in Fremont. I had to have my contractor go over and order item.

Like everyone else there was a lot of waiting when I bought. I wanted to buy from a local store and even though I had to wait 4 weeks for my order, that was fine because I wasn’t in a hurry. But I realized that the sales guys there are on commission. I was rudly asked if I could come back to put in my order becuase the sales guy was busy with his next client. Um… Sorry no. Not with 3 kids 4 and younger. They were very knowlegable and that was nice.
I go to pick up my order and they give me a bill for $ 8 more for freight costs before they give me my items. (Weird) Then they forget to give me an item. (which I didn’t realize till I got home) and they give me a wrong item.
I rent out a room and my extra bathroom and I had a week to do all the work so I was happy when my stuff came. I had already taken vanity, sink, and faucet out and had given them away. I open the box to do the faucet and it’s the wrong faucet. I call them and they say they can get it to me in 3 days. I call on Monday to check if it’s there and they tell me it won’t be there till next monday. I had told them that i needed the faucet to be installed by Thursday for my guest. It would be unnacceptable to rent a room without a working bathroom faucet.
The guy Mark was super rude to me on the phone. Kept saying «Who told you it would be here on Monday?» I was like you guys did. I said I was going to use the faucet they gave me in the mean time and he told me if I did that I would have to pay for both of them. He told me he would talk to managment and then call me back on Tuesday. I hung up with him and called back and asked to me transfered to a manager.
i talked to a manager. He said unfortunitly there was a faucet he could get to me by Thursday. he was super nice!!! He told me I could use the wrong faucet and he would take care of it for me.
The next day I get another phone call from Mark. he tells me he talked to management and sorry it won’t be there till Monday and I can’t use the wrong faucet. I told him I was told I could. He asked me 4 times who told me I could do that. 4!!! I said I couldn’t remember his name. (I wish I could because that guy was awesome.) Mark was super rude.

I’m in the middle of remodeling two bathrooms and was introduced to RVC by my contractor. I’d been to a dozen other plumbing places trying to figure out how to satisfy the household «challenge» requirements, and JERRY was an absolute saint! No idea how he gathered the patience for us, but it was much appreciated! Great recommendations and solid on their promises.

This place is Way different than in past years. Customer service is terrible. Was there 20 minutes with no help. Should have left but I spent time driving there.
I wanted to order 3 Kohler toilets. Sales person Mark said the one I wanted is not in production until 60 days. Then on top of that they wanted me to pay freight above the already quoted price.
Then I wanted to purchase a Stainless sink. Quoted 1 price on the phone and when I got there 15 minutes later it was on back order for weeks. Again with a much higher price than quoted.
Called Saratoga Plumbing and got everything I needed at the same low price as quoted the first time by Cloud, Got it the NEXT day from Saratoga plumbing. RV Cloud is really a joke

Jerry in plumbing is wonderful and very helpful. My GC Recommended him and I am happy I met him! First rate guy and provided very helpful advice. Jerry is the best!!!

For 4 days, I’ve been calling to get a quote for a water heater, they keep transferring me to extensions that have no people. I complain to front desk, they transfer me to a manger
that doesn’t answer either.
I can understand 4 hours delay, but not 4 days. Hire some people folks!!! Common sense!
Don’t stress your customers. You just lost one .

After reading all the 0ne star ratings I came into the store today with an open mind, I was greeted by VM (parts clerk). He was more then helpful. I knew what I needed and was shown two options, chose one and paid. I asked and was given price quotes for the other items I will need later. Prices are in line with online dealers but you can actually inspect and get it now. I will return and do business with them again. Tony

I do not recommend this place. Nobody wanted to help me based on me walking around the store looking lost and nobody approached me. So I took it upon myself to approach the plumbing counter where three older guys dressed like mechanics tried NOT to make eye contact with me. One of them asked can I help you? Didn’t smile. Nobody smiled here. I asked for a vessel sink and he handed me a black and white catalog. Didn’t ask me anything or suggest anything. Walked away. Came back with a color catalog. Didn’t say anything else besides this one has artsy sinks with unique sinks with unique prices as he pointed at a sink that cost $ 1500 and walked away. A second guy nearby handed me another color catalog. I asked him a few questions about brands and his answer was «a sink is a sink to me». Well that doesn’t help me decide between two brands. I had to ask him to show me where the displays are. I also had to ask him how long an order takes. I asked if the drain is included he said he wasn’t sure he would have to read the description. He never asked me any questions. I left without buying anything nor wanting to.
Middle of the store has blow out sale items that make it look like a yard sale in the middle of the store. And broken toilets for sale too.
Overall bad customer service, which is important to me.

I was shopping for flexible copper wiring and was referred to R.V. Cloud by a Home Depot employee. I walked-​in and towards the back of the store I saw rows of plumbing supplies. I headed for the rows and and a sales persons asked me «what are you doing?». His tone was unnecessarily abrasive. I apologized and said that I thought I could walk back to the area to look for supplies. He responded «no, you’re not allowed». Just for clarification, I hadn’t yet entered the area I was walking towards. I was actually about 15 feet away, but, I was apparently walking with some purpose in my step which prompted the store associate to ask the question.
Anyway, he seemed bothered by the fact that I was asking him for his assistance. I told him what I needed but before I could finish he interrupted me and told me he didn’t carry it. He acted like I’d sinned by even asking for assistance. At this point I just thanked him and walked-​out.
TIP:
–I’d call in and ask for the part before heading over to the store. No sense going there if they don’t carry what you need.
–Stay out of the parts area, or, risk getting your head bit off.

This company has the worst customer service, they do not care about Unilocal reviews, they don’t care about customers. The worst experience ever! The guy who helped me was named Matt, and I felt like I was bothering him when I asked a questioned.
He was very rude, with zero people skills. A big NO!

Ok here is the deal… READ THIS BEFORE you go there or buy anything from them.
I thought they would be very reasonably priced considering they call themselves a «wholesale» shop. On top of that, my plumber referred me to them and said tell them you want «so and so’s pricing… his companies pricing» so I was super excited that I would be getting a stellar deal. I always do price checking via Amazon etc before I buy anything these days because why not, best prices guaranteed, great no hassle return polices, top company and brand names, etc. Ok so MY BAD TOTALLY this time for trusting my plumber (who is no longer my plumber) and for trusting that they were truly a wholesale shop. No sure why so many plumbers and trades people go there unless they are just so old school that they don’t realize what savvy people like me realize. Anyway…
So I buy an insta hot tank and faucet set from them along with a garbage disposal. I get home and find out they charged me more than $ 50 over what most on Amazon charge. This is with Amazon shipping charges and tax, so it’s an actual $ 50+ more. Then I find out they have a 20% restocking fee if I want to bring it back, which I do, but my hands are tied now! CROOKS!!! That is really the only way to describe this place. I sent them an email and asked for a price match, but no response. And based on the other reviews on this site, they won’t get in touch with me ever and certainly would never do a price match. Now if you think their service is worth that extra money, good for you… but trust me, YouTube is all you need. Geez I can practically rebuild an engineer using YouTube videos… sorry old fogies, you guys are going down and very soon.
You need to get your prices in-​line. Get rid of the ridiculous restock charge. That is so old school. Why should you get 20%, just so you can walk the unopened box back to your little warehouse? And TRUST ME… if your plumber sends you there and says ask for my pricing, don’t fall for that crap. They are in bed with this company, no doubt in my mind at this point.

Okay, I’m a pretty savvy shopper here. And I’m also pretty cheap, so when I go out shopping for a part I am pretty well-​informed. Did I pay $ 87 total for a part for my shower and I could’ve gotten online for $ 75? Yes that’s true.
What I also got was very detailed and professional instructions from Polly on how to both uninstall and reinstall the shower part without causing harm to myself or the part.
Even though I walk in there fully aware that I would be paying more, the 10 minutes of advice that they gave me made the $ 15 extra him all the more worth it. That’s just something that you don’t often here when comparing the true «price» of something compared with online

Rude and slow service! I sat there for a good 10 minutes before someone helped me and it was a weekday morning and no one was in there. While I was waiting I was listening to the cashier guy talk with a contractor as he rang him up. The cashier started out saying that us weekend warriors, Home Depot DIY people don’t know jack and that they are under cutting the contractor by doing it themselves. It was clear I was not a contractor as I was wearing sport shorts, crocks, and a Niner hat. It was one of the rudest racist conversations I have heard. The cashier spoke of so called Home Depot contractors bringing their customer into this establishment and the «mexican» can’t even speak English… really this was out loud?
Then one of the counter guys was on the phone with a lady and after the phone call was done the cashier and counter guy insisted on talking badly about this «retail customer» and how she wanted a sale price after the sale or something. Then they went on talking about silicon valley people and how they think they can fix anything and that they might be engineers but shouldn’t try and work on their own house… Really? Oh and this is what kills me they also said that we all think you can buy everything online and get better prices. Well after my rude service with the counter person who told me that they don’t have Moen parts and I should go somewhere else in Campbell (which was nice thing to do) I left there seriously pissed off at their customer service and went home got online to Amazon and my parts came the next day. Bam fixed!
I almost opened my mouth while waiting and being a business owner of an auto repair shop, I really wanted to ask the cashier if he always takes his cars to a certified mechanic or is he a DIY guy from Autozone? But I’m not that rude or low!
RV Cloud I suggest you have some good customer service meetings with your employees or quit selling to the public because it is not your Forte!

RV Cloud will never see this review I guess, because the guy assisting us said they have «no computers…» repeat… NO COMPUTERS!
First when we asked about a certain faucet, he asked if we were putting it in our home or a rental, because «basically that faucet is a piece of trash that I guarantee will start leaking in a month. Slum lords put those in to shut up their renters»
I am not kidding that is what he said!
Ok, nice that you sell garbage. Then he recommends looking at the «quality» faucets, and we ask him how much it would be, he says he needs to go write it up and will let us know.
We wait and wait and wait. now we have to leave, and can’t wait any more .
Me: «Can you just email the quote?»
Him: «No, we don’t have any computers»
Me: (thinking he is kidding,) «No computers?»
Him: «No, we write everything & add it up»
—hmm. I wasn’t going to investigate that further ’cause I figured we weren’t going to buy there. Nothing looked great, the prices were not good.

This is a useful place for spare parts. They are good for Kohler parts especially. With an extensive catalog range they can look up items for you.
I recently went for a faucet part and they did not have it, but referred me to another firm in San Jose who did have the part. The lady who served me was most courteous. I also bought some other pieces and the price was excellent.
