My husband and I fell into our relationship with Rick in the middle of making an impromptu offer on a home. The housing market in San Jose is HOT and we needed an offer drawn up same day if we were to be contenders in the property. Obviously, buying a home is a big deal. It’s a big purchase and a high stress transaction in most instances. Rick carved time out of his night and sat down with my husband and I to go over ALL our concerns and questions in relation to the neighborhood, property, and disclosures. Upon arrival at his office, he had pulled comps and familiarized himself with the property as much as possible as he was not a part of the equation when the house had been open earlier that day. My husband and I was immedately at ease with his obvious experience in not only the real estate market from an agent prospective but also from his own personal experience in buying and selling homes. We felt very confident in his advice and guidance and submitted the offer, ON TIME that evening and he was on point and available the next day when we were faced with revising our offer. While we didn’t win the bidding war, it was no fault of Rick. We have decided to continue with Rick as our agent and we are currently in the middle of closing on another property!

My husband and I worked with Rick Corr when selling our condo in San Jose and simultaneously buying a new home in the Morgan Hill/​Gilroy area. Rick worked diligently to sell our home at a price we felt comfortable with. He brought in a professional stager to give us advice on how to prepare our house for showing, hired a professional photographer to take pictures to post on real estate websites, and hosted multiple open houses.
