Their response time was great but i called them because they were supposed to be specialist in Genie. I was almost positive that the opener needed to be replaced but the guy didn’t even try to fix it. I had to hassle him for discounts because they were gonna charge me for the visit anyways. So i replaced it with a lift master and the product but they could use more manners. the guy who came kept calling me buddy… very annoying
