Established in 1986.

Sandy Adams started her real estate career in 1978. For several years she represented companies in the sale of relocation and foreclosure properties. After obtaining her brokers license in 1985, she started her own real estate business and began specializing in residential property management.

She is a past president and served on the Board of Directors of the local chapter of NARPM. She has served as their Legislative Chair for many years.

Since her appointment in 2004, Sandy has served on the Advisory Commission on Rents for the City of San Jose Housing Department.

Sandy hosts the Rental Housing Network Show on 1590AM KLIV and teaches Property Management Classes for Rental Housing Network and is a speaker for various investment groups.

Sandy and Andrew are incredibly responsive to tenant maintenance requests and have streamlined their relationships with home services vendors. My company gets a detailed service order, quick turn around for estimate approvals, and rapid payment enabling my company, De Anza Appliance to help her tenants lightning fast. Sandy is one of the most knowledgeable people I know when it comes to state and local rental ordinances and fair housing practices. If you’re a tenant expect fair and timely service. If you’re an owner looking for management services you are going to be in great hands with hassle free service, timely reports, and very low turnover periods. Stay away from them. The people who work there have no sense of flexibility. Please make sure you try out other agencies before you talk to them. They are nice at first and then when they you need them they are not willing to help or accept when they make a mistake. They are just not nice people.

We have been with Sandy Adams Properties for a few years now and they are all awesome!
We are not very needed tenants but when we do need something it is handled quickly and efficiently! Sandy is always friendly and professional when we had to contact her. her handyman Jim, is great! I have told friends that are looking for a place about Sandy and I will continue to recommend Sandy Adams Properties to anyone that is in need of a rental or that would like a property manager to help manage their property!

Sandy Adams is amazing to work with. I was overwhelmed with the task of moving my father to assisted living, cleaning out his condo and renting the unit. Sandy made the entire process as efficient, simple and painless as could be. Her communication is always prompt, her knowledge on rental properties A+, and she is a total task master. The property was ready to be shown in less than 2 weeks of removing all articles from the unit and it was rented the first weekend it went on the market.

Sandy is a very efficient and professional property manager. I rented a house in San Jose that was managed by Sandy, and repair requests were always met with timely responses by her very capable handyman, Jim. I would definitely recommend renting one of her properties!
