As a Personal Trainer, I have helped clients lose over 80lbs and clients gain 20lbs and muscle definition but really what I help clients do is feel better about themselves and realize exercise can be fun and a way of life. Certified Professional Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I hate gyms so don’t work in them. Can come to your house or a local park anywhere in the South Bay and we can get working!

Honestly, don’t hire anyone else but Vanessa. No one can get your tired bottom into shape better or faster than her. I know, I was a professional athlete who totally let herself go. and, voila — I’m on the right path with Vanessa. She’s a Drill Sargent, but with a million dollar smile. And, more importantly she pushes you, but not to the point of exhaustion or failure. She understands that fine line — the true successful line of REAL RESULTS!
