Call Joe Appliance

We own a campground with several machines. I do not recommend Joe’s services at all. He came and replaced the circuit board, and I paid $ 289 in faith that it would work. But it stopped working when I went to try it the next day. Obviously it WASN’T the circuit board (and he took our old one, too). He finally returned to check it again (after I called a couple times to complain) and he played around it with it some more but didn’t fix it. He complained a lot about how these «new machines» are hard to fix. I get that, but I expect a return on my money then if he can’t fix something. Instead while he was here this second time, he looked at another machine we had (non-​coin op) and «supposedly» ordered a part to make that one work, but it’s been a couple months and he has not returned with the part, or called us, or anything. We feel jipped out of our money, and we still have a non-​working machine. He has not returned my last call.

Call Joe rocks. Joe helped us fix our refrigerator late on a Friday night. It works, and it was an inexpensive repair.
