Needed a microwave, sales fellow was rude, when questioned about installation & time frame fellow got nasty, suggested we go to Lowe’s where he said we would wait longer & pay more. We went to Lowe’s got just what we wanted & the wait time is the same & installation will be comparable.

I usually try to shop in local stores but never again at Reister’s.

They do not stand behind their products. One they’ve made the sale, you are on your own if anything breaks down. I bought 4 better brand appliances from them within the last 7 years. Three of them have needed major repairs, parts were expensive and Reister’s charges a $ 63 service charge plus labor and tax. I just spent $ 89 and the appliance wasn’t even fixed. I was told the part would be at least a couple hundred and I will be paying another labor charge. The service man spent half an hour arguing with me why I should have made it more clear upon purchase that I wanted appliances that would last!
