The brewery has a New York State Farm Brew License, implemented in 2013 to encourage the use of locally-​grown ingredients and support Upstate New York agriculture. The unique license allows any beer to be made on premise to be served in small sample or in pints; and dispensed in 64-​oz growlers to-​go.
