History
Established in 2013.
Our restaurant was created by Claudia Toutain-Dorbec, owner of the Cannon beach Hotel — where our restaurant is located –, because she wanted to offer healthy food at a reasonably price. She is associated with Bryan Tiller, a young Chef who has a love for good food, and master the traditional techniques. We do not use any prepared or frozen products. All our dishes are prepared daily with fresh produce. As one of our customers says: «A gem in Cannon Beach. The café was a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere was calm and the food was very good. The service was excellent and the chef/owner even came out to say hello and thank us for stopping by. A big THANK YOU to the café for a lovely afternoon.»
