Made an emergency pit stop here for food and I’d recommend going through the drive-thru instead. The staff were all attentive and great but when I sat down and ate my food I made the mistake of looking around and seeing depression. Seniors keeping to themselves, looking lonely and clueless as ever all eating at the same time. One of them got up and asked for more Arby’s sauce to cover the taste of their burnt roast beef sandwiches and I’m thinking, «They’re not baked in an oven, they’re practically re-heated.» He was wearing sweats and they were hiked up all the way… anyway, you get the picture. It’s conveniently located off of Topanga Canyon Blvd. and if you just go about a block up you’ll discover there’s an In-N-Out and other great places to stop-in and try. This was also my first time in Canoga Park so I suppose I wouldn’t have stopped in if it hadn’t have been an emergency, but definitely drive-thru next time.

Went to the Topanga Canyon Arbies in Canoga Park, been going there for many years always happy with the food and service until today. They changed the roast beef to something that tasted processed and was chewy, the potato cakes were so saturated with grease it soaked about ten napkins and was draining across the tray. The manager contended, «it is the same meat and potato cakes are grease sponges». My wife didn’t like hers either. The manager substituted bacon chicken sandwiches, not much better dripping with some discusting watery mustard sauce. Will definitely not go back to this Arby’s. The one in T. O. on T. O. Blvd. still has great food different owner according to the Canoga Park Arby’s manager.

We used to love to go Arby’s on Topanga Canyon in Canoga Park. The Roast Beef sandwiches were always great! But tonight when we went there the Roast Beef was different, it wasn’t the normal soft, thin sliced roast beef like always, it looked and tasted very funny and processed, when we asked the guys at the counter including the manager, they told us that they didn’t change the roast beef and it was same as before. It was disgusting, the potato cakes were dripping and soaking oil all over the napkins they placed on the tray. Then they gave us Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich and it was dripping with watery mustard, that was pretty bad too! We are never going back there.

Who takes an order while working the drive thru while half asking passing food and beverage to the car at the window??? Charlene does!!! Charlene you were rude and didn’t even thank us. You also almost forgot to give me my curly fries!!! When thanked when we checked her, she simply said mhm wtf! To all who come here. Make sure you have your shit right!

Came here for the first time the other day when I had my hour lunch break from work. Went inside and ordered the Chicken Bacon Swiss combo. They apologized for a supposedly long wait(though I didn’t mind waiting at all) and gave me a turnover for free. I like that your customer service is very high Arby’s. Next time I want Arby’s I’ll make sure to come here again because they seem to care about their customers. The sandwich by the way was absolutely delicious.

Its Arby’s, its cheap, its better than a lot of fast food places and they don’t balk at asking for extra sauce. They cut the meat when your sandwich is made which is still their trademark. the only reason for 3 stars — its fast food. Other than that the service staff was nice and accomodating. Will eat here again. They also have daily specials for$ 5.55 and have coupons on the counter for you to use.

Arby’s still put out a good sandwich. No pre-sliced meat in a holding buffet line. Nice and hot. Sliced to order. Fresh is always better, and most of all made to order. There are not to many locations left and the one’s that are open put out a good sandwich. The other great thing they do is their sandwiches are wrapped in a foil to kept the heat in. It may cost you a few cents more, but its worth it. For the most part this location is clean and maintained. However it’s do for a make-over.This is the second location I have visited in the Valley and they both need a make over. So as far as the interior they are doing a poor job. As for the product A plus. Invest back into your business, make your guests fill a bit more comfortable in their in store dinning experience.

I loved the Gyro sandwich! Please bring it back as soon as possible. I was so sad to hear I couldn’t order that sandwich that I just didn’t order anything. Arby’s corporate doesn’t want comments evident by no area to do so on their web site and they offer no phone contacts to discuss this menu item being cut. Don’t they care? I love Arby’s. I just tried the Gyro and I love it. I bought 4 in a week and a half. The staff at the Canoga Park location did not seemed concerned nor did they offer a corporate contact. Please don’t tease us. Bring the Gyro back! Thank you

This location has horrible customer service. Both times visiting this location they got my order wrong. The first time I was home by the time I realized it and the second time I went back inside only to have the manager of all people have an attitude. I would have been fine if she apologized for the mistake. I won’t eat here again. People dining in may have a different experience but I definitely don’t recommend drive thru. By the way, some of the other reviews just seem fake.

This store not only violates the Mastercard merchant rules by asking for ID on transactions for a mere 30.00, but they violate a bevvy of state privacy laws by requiring you to write down your driver’s license number/phone number on the receipt of purchase or they will deny you service. If you dont want to be subject to identity theft, dont eat here. Period. They cite this as «policy» and there is clearly the uneducated management driving this policy. This has been reported to Arby’s corporate, applicable government agencies, and two major credit card services entities all of whom have taken interest in this«policy». While I’m not going to teach this franchisee about the law requiring the safekeeping of customers personal data /privacy acts, and their very own merchant agreements, I will make every effort to insure my rights are not violated. Disgraceful, and I feel bad for the employees who are forced to deal with this and the customers who blindly comply giving up their personal information, DONOTGIVEUPYOURPERSONALINFORMATIONFOR A CREDITCARDTRANSACTION, EVER. This must be the best run Arbys in the world! The staff is top notch and really knows how to treat their customers. The owner there us always very hands on and has done a remarkable job hiring and training the right workers, his management and people skills are great and it makes a huge difference in the morale of his staff. If you haven’t tried an Arbys in a while… well they have an amazing menu… what are you waiting for???

Friendly staff. Over the years the roast beef has gotten more like mystery meat then real roast beef. It has a plastic-like texture to it. Not sure what’s really going on but Arby’s Roast Beef leaves one feeling unsatisfied after a meal.

Decent if you have coupons and get the roast beef bbq or regular stay away from cheese sauce one. Chicken sandwiches are dry and tasteless. Sides like jalapeño poppers are not fresh and cold. All in all would rather not return.

Not really one of my favs but my bf loves this place. We got the 2 for $ 4 regular roast beef sandwiches with potato cakes. I actually like getting the regular because you can choose the sauce you want to put on and even switch it up if you decide to. I like to switch between the Arby’s sauce and the 3 pepper sauce that you can serve yourself at the condiments counter. This visit was the first time I decided to try the 3 pepper sauce and discovered how tasty it was. The potato cakes were delicious; it’s basically a hash brown shaped in a triangle but a little different and pretty yummy. All in all, this place is pretty good if you want something fast and something other than your obvious burger places you can find on every other block…

I like this store. It’s clean and the staff is well managed. Service is friendly and fast. Parking is a little sparse up front, but there is plenty in the back. I usually like cheddar melts, but on my last visit I decided to try the French dip. It was actually very tasty. The bun was soft and chewy and the Swiss cheese made a nice little addition.
