THIS COMPANY IS A RIP-​OFF!!! As an ex employee… the owner just interested in making money off… making older people who can barely afford to pay for these things. There carpet machines barely work n there lead-​finder program sucks. They put no effort in helping these people make money just in getting there part. DO NOT GET INVOLVED!!!

We needed our carpets cleaned, so we called Dry Tech because we had a coupon (3 rooms for $ 50 or 5 rooms for $ 85). We also wanted to get our 2 sofas and one smaller chair cleaned because our cats mistook them for a litter-​box. The guy showed up at the same day, but the estimate (for three rooms and the seating) was $ 475. After much negotiating (the guy felt like a used car salesman), we decided to do the seating for $ 200. In the days afterward, the couches still smelled. He put pet repellent on them, but within days the cats were back to their old ways. We were told that they would come back within 30 days if there were any such incidents, but it proved very difficult to get them to make good on this promise. In the end, we just took the couches out to the curb.
