Although I didn’t end up using Finmark to install my flooring (nothing to do with Finmark, but other reasons), I found Simon to be very helpful and knowledgable! They also had a great selection to choose from.

We just had hardwood floors installed. Glenn, our salesman, was great he gave us an honest estimate, and a schedule that his workers followed to the minute. It was a great experience. The men that laid the floor were prompt and very courteous. They explained exactly what they were going to do and what I needed to do during the process, as well as, what I needed to do to maintain the floors beauty. Thank you for a job very well done. The floors look fantastic.

Yes, you did come out and measure a job on Truman St. in San Fernando as stated in the review, and you never did send the quote or return my calls. Poor business skills!

After reading all the positive reviews, my husband decided to visit their store. Walked into the showroom, couldn’t find any one on the floor so he headed back to find someone. He found 5 guys sitting at their desks and asked if anyone could help him. Not one of them looked up or offered to help. He waited a bit and finally decided that this was ridiculous. I guess they don’t want your business.

They just installed the Pergo floor in my kitchen and I couldn’t be happier. The floor looks terrific, can’t tell it from wood, and the installation crew was great. They were efficient, expert, and polite. Love my floor !
They also did another room 3 years ago which I don’t like as much BUT I CHOOSE TH PATTERN, no complaint with them. Also expertly installed.

We could not be happier with Finmark Carpeting & Flooring. We are remodeling our entire home and have been dealing with contractor after contractor. We have found that there are many companies that do not do what they say they do. Finmark Carpeting & Flooring is not one of those companies! They came out and measured our floor space accurately so we would not waist money on extra flooring and gave us as many samples as we needed to make the right choice. They do not hire contractors to install the floors! They have company employees that do all their installs! The guys that came out to install our floors could not have been more professional. These installers were real experts and they showed up ON TIME and when they said they would. I can’t say enough good things about them! They even moved our heavy furniture and appliances and then put them back exactly where they were. The floors came out perfect. I would highly recommend Finmark Carpeting & Flooring to anyone that is looking for great company. Austin & Randy are true professionals and can’t get enough praise from us! Great experience!

We had 2 floods in under 2 years, we used Finmark when we moved in and then again for both floods. They have always given great prices, wonderful customer service and the process was very smooth. My mom, Aunt and brother have all used Finmark over the past 20+ years and we all refer other friends and family. We have gotten carpet, hard wood and tile which were all professionally installed and great quality. The installers do a thorough clean up. I highly recommend Finmark Carpet One.

My parents, siblings, and I have all bought carpet from Finmark over the last 20 years. In fact, my husband and I just had them recarpet our house 3 weeks ago. In all cases, we have been pleased with the customer service, products, installation, and price.

I used Finmark Floors for the 2^nd time now and the sales person was very friendly and the experience was great again. The first time hardwood floors and now carpet. They did great install and clean up, l highly recommend Randy and his staff to any one out there, there prices were also good compared to other prices l received and a high quality products. I can’t begin to express how wonderful my experience with this company was. I dealt with Simon, who brings meaning to the concept of customer service. He answered my numerous questions patiently and was most helpful in picking out the flooring I used. The workmen who put in the laminate throughout my living area and the vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom areas were courteous, got the job done quickly, and left the place clean. I highly recommend this company.

Had to replace an oak floor throughout the house due to water damage — over 2,000 sq ft. Finmark has been in business for decades and is one of State Farm’s Premier Contractors — kind of like if you have an auto accident you take your car to an approved shop and the insurance company pays the shop directly and guarantees their work and your satisfaction. Thought this would be a good approach with such a project. Randy Finmark came out to the house to size up the job and answered all of our questions and you could tell that he was experienced and competent. Simon, who supervises Finmark’s insurance work, is a former installer who knows flooring. He ran the job as if it were his home — there were a few occasions where he had the installers or finishers re-​do something that looked fine to us but didn’t meet his high standards. A quality, «old-​school» job that we are totally satisfied with and we have recommended Finmark to friends and people we met at the hotel while we were out of the house during construction.

They seem so busy and distracted — so they took my business for granted. THEY DID NOT HONOR A $ 100.00 off on purchases over $ 1,500.00. There is a coupon on their web site. When I asked that they honor their $ 100.00 off coupon, John Finmark said «Oh we already discounted the job» THEY DID NOT!!! So DO NOT expect them to care. You will be just another number.
