Mr Stuff

Worth at least one trip to check this place out because it’s just so bizarre. You’ll find all kinds of things you don’t need and maybe one thing you really need. Then you’ll see a bunch of stuff that you know you shouldn’t buy because it’s junk but you want to buy for the novelty of it. If I ever needed to buy a gag gift or a tarp this would be my first stop.

What can I say? Mr. Stuff has everything you need and all of the stuff you don’t need but wish you had! Their aisles are filled with fantastic helpers, dohickies, whatchamacallits, and an unlimited supply of the kinds of items that you would pay four and five times the price at some other store. My family has purchased everything from snowboards to mechanics chairs to coin holders to garage hooks and everything in between! Mr. Stuff– the place you have to go!!!

I really enjoyed the thrill of entering a store that has «stuff,» and boy, they did have stuff. In found an obscure screw driver bit there that I’ve been meaning to pick up from the hardware store. This one was perfect, tough and cheap, as in not a lot of dough. Affordable things. Kinda random at times, but heck that’s why I gave this place 5 stars, simply because it’s cool… and random, and that’s why’s it’s cool. Wait, I said that already. Oh well.

I went here after reading all the reviews an every thing said is true; This place is bargain hunters’paradise! Yes at the moment it is mostly tools and a few nick-​knacks that are really needed. And the prices are amazing!!! NO place sells tubular mailers for cheaper. I have looked!
The best thing is the help you get from the guys! They don’t have to, but they (Ryan) went out of his way to find, just a socket! that is top customer service. and from a bargain store!

I’m a girlie-​girl, but looks can be deceiving because I know my way around a hardware store! Usually when I walk into a «manly» store I’m treated as if I’m a dumb blonde — but NOT here!!!
Mr. Stuff has a ton of random finds along with hardware needs. I LOVE this store and the guys who work here are VERY respectful to all females who walk in!!!

Super incredibly nice staff EVERY SINGLE TIME! The most random store and I can’t get enough of it. Haha definitely worth stopping in if you can’t find a gift for some your guaranteed to find something here. Including gag gifts!!! And great stocking stuffers around the holiday of course.

I love this place. It’s like a ²⁴⁄₇ yard sale. Even when I have nothing to buy specifically I always stop by when I’m in the area and always end up leaving with something. Such random stuff.

Cool Stuff Mr. Great deals.

Cool place, lots of unusual stuff and good prices, the cons are not easy to find exactly what I’m looking for, I’d have to get lucky to go in looking for a specific item and find it, that being said, I usually end up buying something I like and go hone happy.

I like this place. It’s usually the first place I go to when I need something. You never know what’s going to be in there! Well, the other day I stopped by to get a part for a pallet jack. I told Rich that I was there to get something they didn’t have. They went to the back and brought pallet jack wheels! Unfortunately they were the small rollers out front, and not the big steering ones. What was kinda surprising, is that one of my colleagues had stopped by previously and ordered those same wheels, and they remembered? Possibly, but how? We don’t go there en masse. I gave them the specifications for the wheels I needed, and told them there was no rush (expecting them to be hard to find). A couple of hours later I got a call that they had them, and they were not expensive at all. The next day, the pallet jack had new tires, and was rolling nicely along. Thanks Bob, and your excellent staff!

This place seriously cracks me up. Where else can you buy 10-​packs of Ramada shower caps for a buck? And lots of the stuff in the store is eligible for «Buy 12, get 1 free.» Hahaha. They’ve got everything from cool little overstock knick knacks to pet supplies to power tools and used furniture. I bought a «handless umbrella» for a co-​worker who’s about to have a baby for like $ 2.50. (The picture shows a mother pushing a baby cart in the rain while the umbrella protrudes from her shoulder. LOL.) I seem to recall quite a few box labels with names that ended in «type stuff» or «like things».
I’m not around the neighborhood often, so I’ll drop by whenever I’m around to see what’s new in inventory. I just can’t bring my wife too often because she can’t resist a ridiculous deal or cool office decoration.

Gotta come back to this places every so often as stuff comes and goes all day long. This place is Harbor Freight meets the Dollar Store. Lots of tools and smaller stuff, household goods, some dog stuff, tarps, bungee cords, drills, rubber gloves, sanders, power tools, etc. Really can’t describe the aisles of hodgepodge items. It’s all good, just fun to browse through once in a while and see if they’ve got anything you might «need» …err want. There are some staples that I buy regularly like their work gloves, tarps, and LED flashlights. Check it out once and you’ll probably come back again too!

I’ve driven by this place a hundred times and I finally decided to go in the other day. I love it! It has great useful (and not so useful) stuff for cheap. I had fun just walking through the aisles.

This place is great! Its kind of like a target for me. I always come out with more stuff than what I come looking for.
Very cheap random stuff! Most recent purchases were… a desk mirror, plastic baggies (the ones you put jewelry in), goggles, and heavy duty gloves for yard work.
The cashier (owner?) is always very nice too!

All jealousy is understood and appreciated, and may you take refuge in the knowledge that Mr. Stuff is an ever-​changing mélange where you, too, can purchase assorted doodads and the occasional sink.

You should first hand know that this place isn’t like your regular discount store. I would say it looks more like a permanent garage sale.
But forget the looks of the place inside, this place is amazing! I love stumbling around really strange items. You might even find products that no longer exist and they have fairly low prices on most of their goods.

Oh my god. Where has Mr. Stuff been all my life?
For so long, I’ve been searching for everything I could need under the sun all in one place, specifically tools, kitchen stuff, and cookies.
Mr. Stuff has been the man to fill that void.
I totally found it on accident, and I could not be happier.
There’s Dennis Miller talking dolls. There’s guitars. There’s cups and tents and tape and tarp.
It’s freaking magical.
Everyone that works there is super sweet and very helpful. They seem to know what they’re talking about and are willing to talk you through how to fix stuff (because if you’re at Mr. Stuff, chances are you’re trying to fix something that broke).
If anything, it’s fun to wander through and figure out what cool stuff they’ve got in stock for the day.
Plus their logo looks like my boyfriend :)

Ok, how do I even begin to describe this gem of a store. Everything you thought you didn’t need is under one roof. Plus it’s at a price you just can’t say no to.
Need a motorcycle Jesus biker statue, probably not, but when you see it, you must have it.
Tools, they have them. Signs, dog stuff, cleaning stuff, a large penny, guitars, electronic, poker chip holders. This store is the ultimate garage sale on steroids.
Art work, yep, they have it.
You need to pre-​order Biker Jesus, you can put your name right behind mine.

This was once an obscure store hidden away in a hard to notice industrial location down the street. The current store is in a busy shopping center. So there are more customers but the shared parking lot is often full, especially on weekends. There’s usually some kind of large, odd, impractical but attention grabbing item just outside the front door.
Once inside there are 4 aisles packed with an ever changing array of items. I’ve never left without buying SOMEthing, usually for my geocaching hobby. Some of my favorites are the vast array of roll tapes (so far no camo), zip ties, small zip loc bags, and containers. I’ve bought very convincing fake rock key holders for $ 1.95, shiny new «Dogtoids» round tins for 25 cents and a few fake fruit containers for $ 1. Other items of note are a big selection of tarps and tiedowns, Made in Turkey kitchen plastics, non-​name-​brand hand tools, and fake antique cast iron yard decorations.
The staff is always friendly and helpful, even the big guy who I think is convinced that I’m going to steal something. Even after almost 10 years as a semi-​regular customer he still very obviously goes on alert when he notices me in the store. He’s fine once I bring my stuff to the register. But someday when I’m in a bad mood, I’m going to tell him off.

I love this little place. When coming out of Brent’s and receiving little or no recognition that I was a potential customer, I walked along to chill and found Mr. Stuff. The staff is great and helpful. I found amazing sets of kitchen stuff for my new apartment, when I moved here in July 2010. I have gone in twice and each time I have found something useful and my boyfriend also enjoyed what he bought. Surprises abound at every visit for they get in new lots of items all the time.
With a focus on shopping locally, I love being able to see good items at great prices and to contribute to the small businesses. Mr. Stuff, you rock.
