McDonald’s

The 2^nd best McDonalds I’ve been to EVER in my life I don’t know what it was but the service was super fast. The employees were excellent and the place was so clean you could put ketchup on the floor and use a French fry to dip it and eat it! They didn’t screw up on the order (the other McDonalds usually always mess it up) but not this one. This McDonalds is def top 5 McDonalds I have ever been to. And I’m from Michigan. The only reason it’s not a five star is because of an employee smoking cigarettes immediately outside of the McDonalds building and that was just a bad look. It didn’t reflect the good service of the employees on the inside.

So the spicy mcchicken meal always comes with two spicy mcchickens. Today I only got one in my bag. Would one of the employees here explain why they can’t count? In return, I will explain why they don’t deserve $ 15/​hr.

My expectations for McDonald’s is very low, so I understand you can’t get too mad. And on top of that they don’t care… so let’s start!
1. Cashier was literally just that, a person who takes your money to get your order wrong. The person Jonathan stood there and never smiled, said Thank you, or attempted to say please.
2. Jonathan got our order wrong and proceeded to say «I didn’t charge you» but he did, because by separating the items I was charged more.
3. While I told Jonathan his mistake the manager Juan walks up and puts his hand in my face as in «stop talking» and said what is the issue… if you listen you would know.
4. I walk away and see they forgot something else so I walk back up only to see Jonathan smiling and talking crap to the fellow cashier about me so I in a not so politely way remind him the smiles are for the customers and if you want to talk crap you should wait until the person leaves.
5. The manager the. Walks up with customers looking at them and says what happened and Jonathan proceeds to lie that they were talking about their friend.
At the end of the day I don’t Unilocal McDonald’s because my expectations are soooooooooo LOW, but $ 15 an hour… uhhhh yea lets base their pay on how many times you go back to the counter… they would make $ 15 an hour. Smh

worst McDonald’s in the West Valley. cashiers are always looking unhappy and flushed. cashiers here need to learn some basic math skills. asked for four ketchups, cashier has trouble counting to two.SMH. This place is just gross. avoid if you are eating in. I ordered McPick 2 for $ 2.50, dos McDoubles. food tasted like it was made yesterday. beef was dried out like it had been exposed to air for a while.

Johnathan is doing a great job. He treated me like a king and was so nice. I just had to Unilocal him.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s but what makes some stand out is the service and freshness of the products served .
Now let’s talk about this one on the corner of de soto and vanowen. Perfect location, pretty big and easy access. One major thing about this spot specifically is it does get packed pretty quick .
The food overall is pretty much what you see. Sometimes it is a hit and miss on the freshness. Sometimes I get a warm burger and fresh hot fries, other times a cold burger with cold fries .
One thing that really bothers me about this spot is how long they take to get an order. Usually it takes other ones about 3 – 5 minutes. This one seems to double the wait .
I know it’s McDonald’s but it is fast food. The employees Are nice, food is alright, but one thing they can work on is speed of service

How hard is it to put an order together correctly?
First I was missing my nuggets. Went back to get them, now no sauce after I asked for BBQ.
Yay for plain nuggets… and these are the same people wanting $ 15/​hr. Dream on!

Visited the drive thru for fast dinner after long day at work. I ordered a Big Mac combo. I was stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes with other cars. Not sure what’s the deal with this place with taking this long.

You’re better off starving yourself for 3 days then to deal with the people that work here. I have went there because it’s nearby multiple times just to see how many times they will screw up the order & even give you someone else’s entire order LOL even for small orders you’ll have to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot just to get the wrong order. Also they don’t serve breakfast all day, they are lazy and every single time I have been here at any time they will say «we are sold out of all the breakfast» really? All of it? Every day? although every other Mc Donald’s in the valley doesn’t have a problem lol. If you’re in a hurry, they will definitely add extra time you’re better off going to a restaurant that actually gives you the correct order if that’s the case.

This place is the closest to where I work so I will occasionally stop for a quick burger. Consistently, without fail, my order will take 10 minutes or longer, the order will be wrong, or they will full on forget about it. They always seem to have more than enough staff so it seems their system is failing. It may be a literal case of too many cooks in the kitchen. Or needing a revamping of their process. There’s a lot of people running around back there and only one or two really seem to be doing anything. Everyone else just seems to be causing chaos and disorder.

Service is always slow and the orders are always wrong… Never seem to get it right. Worst customer service ever… It’s the closest to my house so I keep going hoping that it’s will get better, but it just seems to get worse as the staff changes and more young kids start working.

HORRIBLE!!! Cold food, Cold fries, always in the drive thru. Service is okay in the dine in area because food is not served cold.
Restroom at this location is pretty frightening. Will be driving a bit further to have hot food served

Slowest location ever. Everytime I come here it always takes forever whether it’s the drive-​through or not.

This mds is crap they never seem to be able to get anything correctly. yes I give it to you guys you guys are quick but you guys can’t seem to listen or comprehend tasks that are given to you guys.
The first time they pissed me off I got a biscuit with only egg and cheese like really didn’t go back cuz I was far already .
The second time they pissed me off I went back and tried to remain calm but it was already the 2^nd time they’ve done it to me so I was beyond irritated I had asked for a «sausage mc muffin with out the egg» what I got was a“grilled cheese” hum I didn’t know you guys served «grilled cheese «when was this added to the menu? And if I wanted «grilled cheese «I could of done this at home than coming here and getting pissed off over your workers stupidity .“who orders a muffin just with cheese like I could do this at home like I said.» A sausage mc muffin comes with a «sausage» Captain idiots» almost each worker in here has an attitude they don’t smile at all they give you attitude. its not like I’m giving them a hard time, for me to get attitude. I just want my order done right even if it takes a bit longer that what it should .
You guys need to get it together cuz service is horrible for me to go back and take grilled cheese and the manager to laugh at about the situation it’s not that funny when you have to go drive back all the time for your guys mess ups

Underwhelming location, tables peeling, scratched up windows, really nothing good about this McDonalds. Maintenance is completely ignored, a simply dissatisfying place to eat, go drive thru.

I came in to use the restroom and I was gonna order a drink and fries but when I walked in to the bathroom it we discussing oh my !!! Some one went in and threw paper all over and did number 2 and left the paper all gross in the waste baskets and the other stall it was with some ashes on them or something that looked like ashes I didn’t want to find out also it smelled horrible !!! I used the bathroom quick and didn’t order a thing I just couldn’t imagine wanting to have a quick drink or anything I don’t know if it’s the customers or if the staff is lazy. Well anyway won’t be going in there again

I ordered 2 coffees and 2 large fries they told me to go wait in front of their door so they could bring it out to me seems strange to me will never come here again

Waited at the pick up window for 15 minutes while they asked me (for the third time) what I ordered. Mind you, the kind was the shortest I’ve ever seen it, so it wasn’t even that busy for them. Then I bit into egg shell in my breakfast sandwich. I’m not sure if I’m more surprised that they use actual eggs. No «sorry for the wait» when I eventually got my food.

Saturday morning only one person working the register. I came inside because the drive-​thru was busy. I came inside and there was about 10 people in line frustrated trying to order. The manager Elida didn’t bother to open another register. The employees were just laughing and fooling around. The only thing I love about McDonald’s is the food but, customer service was not acceptable. The restaurant was a bit dirty too. The tables weren’t clean nor the restrooms.
