Perma Guard Security Systems, Inc.

This place has been great from day one. When my wife and I moved in to our house here in the San Fernando Valley the home had an alarm system already installed by Perma Guard so we figured we’d keep it for a bit. We spoke to the company just before moving in and they set up an appointment to have one of their tech guys come out and show us how the alarm works, etc. The tech guys have always been curtious, efficient, and go the extra mile to get things done. I especially like Romeo who has worked on my system a couple times. He’s very well trained. The only issues I’ve had is that our pets have set off the alarm a few times… but Perma guard sent the tech guys out to remedy the situation. Their prices here are reasonable as well. Some of our neighbors have Perma Guard and anytime an alarm has gone off Perma Guard has always been on top of it. There’s way too many pushy alarm companies out there. This is not one of them. Glad to have them on our side.

Stay away!!! Owner is so rude it’s incredible. I highly doubt they’ll ever get there in an emergency based on the level of greed and inconsideration I’ve recently dealt with.
