Just terrible, sold me equipment that did not work, I tried to work with them a year, never was able to get Sonos running. The installed an alarm, used long screws that broke my window springs, put cell transmitter in basement and it would not get a signal. I had to buy and install a new internet switch and router due to faulty equipment… these guys will take you to the cleaners with an arrogant attitude.

This company will break your existing equipment just to sell you more equipment or a service contract. They basically installed equipment in an environment that they knew would never work… and when the products failed… they would only service the equipment if I purchased a service agreement… They should remain in clear sight at all times.
