History

Established in 2011.

In 2011 attorney Ross Grisham left his job as an Assistant District Attorney and prosecutor to become a criminal defense lawyer. Attorney Grisham opened The Grisham Law Firm in Canton, Georgia. In late 2012, attorney Grisham formed a partnership with attorney Scott Poole, also a former prosecutor. The two (now) criminal defense lawyers formed Grisham & Poole to offer expert criminal defense representation for clients in northwest Georgia.

Criminal defense attorney Ross D. Grisham is a senior partner at the law firm of Grisham & Poole, located in Canton, Georgia. Attorney Grisham has over 14 years of criminal law experience, and has personally and successfully managed a wide variety of criminal cases. Attorney Grisham is a graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law, and graduated with his Juris Doctor degree in 1998.

Attorney Grisham has legal experience as a law clerk working for a group of judges on the Appalachian Judicial Circuit, serving as an Assistant Solicitor General in Cherokee County, an Assistant District Attorney in Cherokee County, and as a trial lawyer in private practice.

Attorney Ross Grisham is a member in good standing of the Georgia BAr Association and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
