These are literally the most unprofessional, incompetent, disrespectful people with whom I have EVER done business. Unless you WANT to be lied to & ripped off, I would advise you to stay far away from this place!
Instead of repairing the antenna on my car like I had asked them to, they actually CHARGED ME $ 25 to ghetto-​rig the antenna with ELECTRICAL TAPE! I had chosen to let that slide, solely because they had already taken a WEEK longer than anticipated to complete a TWO-​DAY JOB. However, when I questioned them about a (newly) broken part on my vehicle that had been in PERFECT condition on the day it was brought to E & M, the owner IMMEDIATELY began arguing with me & behaving aggressively. He arrogantly informed me that he’s «a millionaire» who doesn’t need my family’s business. At this point, I’d had enough of these dirty, backwoods people, and I began to shout back at the owner (Did I mention that he was actually SHOUTING at me?) Like any repugnant, obese neanderthal, his response to a strong woman is to ignorantly refer to her as a «sl*t.» I truly feel sorry for any women that might have the misfortune to be in this man’s life. It boggles my mind that this sloppy, disgusting misogynist would receive ANY business at all.
The icing on the cake was when I took my car to a reputable mechanic afterwards, and he informed me that the SCAM ARTISTS at E & M had rewired my engine incorrectly and — get this — had actually used SPEAKER WIRE INSIDE OF MY CAR’S ENGINE! Yes, you read that right — SPEAKER WIRE.
