I just dialled the phone number on this page (831−223−1108) and got a «no longer in service» message.

We have been using Joe Blan’s Demolition and hauling services for over 4 years for our construction Company. We specialize in higher end residential remodels, most of which are owner occupied. Joe and his crew meet our requirements to a T.
They are professional, clean cut, courteous. All around good people.
Just as important, Joe’s company is licensed and insured. That is very unusual for a company that does hauling and demolition, but it is incredibly important! If you hire an unlicensed hauling company and injure someone, or they get injured or cause property damage to you or your neighbors the homeowner is on the hook for the liability.
The cost difference for Joe’s company and the unlicensed guys is marginal, but the peace of mind knowing they will do it right and take responsibility for their work is priceless.
