Christina is an expert and you can tell she has had excellent training. A first for me was she mapped my brows — what a big difference that has made! The experience here is far more superior than going to Ulta for the same price.
She explains what she is doing and asks plenty of questions before, during and after the procedure to find out your preferences and make sure you are happy.
If you are using your Macy’s card — bring cash for the tip.
I have been twice now and will be a loyal customer. Thank you Christina!

I’m really happy with the results. They are really professional and kind, asking a lot of question to make sure you are satisfied with the final result. I’m going to the benefit brows bar again for sure! Make sure you have some cash with you to leave some (they only accept cash)

Karen did my eyebrows and did a great job! I had a free birthday wax so it was also a great deal. I plan to go back here for my next eyebrow wax. She made the process painless (as possible) and was precise. My eyebrows look awesome!

I came here for the first time and it was a pleasant experience. They were able to assist me without having an appointment and I felt comfortable. The waxing wasn’t painful at all and I was given suggestions and was asked if I had any questions. They made sure to explain what they were doing and asked me what it was I wanted to do to my eyebrows i. e wax, shape, color them in etc. I know come in every month and I always go with Christina. She does such a great job and I am always happy with the results. She’s very friendly and she knows what she is doing!

I first came to Benefit Brow Bar in July when I got a free birthday wax from Macy’s, and I became a convert after that first appointment. Before waxing, Christina explained everything she was doing, how she was mapping my brows, etc. She showed me what she was doing and made sure I was happy with the shape before waxing. Ever since then I have been coming every month. Christina has done such a wonderful job rehabilitating my brows, I can’t thank her enough!!!

My eyebrows were in need of some serious TLC. Years of improper tweezing and overplucking, left them looking quite sparse and uneven. Christina came to my rescue! First off, she’s very personable and told me up front how much she loves doing brows, and it shows!!! She kept the conversation flowing but wasn’t over talkative and was able to stay focused on her job, my brows. She mapped them perfectly, and explained what the ‘plan’ was to revive my brows. They immediately looked SO much better, but I have a long way to go to get full, beautiful brows. I’ll definitely be back to see Christina every 4 – 6 weeks for my brow rehab. Thanks Christina!!!

The lady that took over for Alena just doesn’t do it for me. I went several times to see her. My brows came out decent but she didn’t take the time to really measure them. On more then one occasion I had to wait because she was running late and her hands smell like cigarette smoke. Okay if I’m in a bind but not my go to place anymore.

Excellent brows, in 20 minutes. Elizabeth is funny, fast and professional, knows what she is doing. Benefit brows are measured, mapped and waxed (gently). This brow cart is worth the little walk into Macys… it’s also right by the shoe department, so you know what that means!

I ended up at benefit by emergency I usually go to Beehive wax salon but was tight on time. I’ve been to the benefit cart before an it was decent they just cant seem to hold on to an esthetician for long. They gal they have now her name is Elizabeth and lets just say I was not impressed with her work she totally ruined the shape of my brows I just asked for a clean up and she reshaped them and made them shorter. Thankfully my brows grow fax and I can go back to beehive and get them fixed .Wont be going back.

Alena is awesome! She is friendly and nice. This was my first time going to the benefit brow bar. It was for my birthday, so it was free. Before even touching my brows, she explain what she was going to do, how she was gonna do it, and what tools she was gonna use. She even asks clients if they have allergies, which is great and cautious of her to do. Very professional.
I loved the way she left my brows because before I had «caveman brows» (no arch) after she finished, she made me look fabulous. Great first experience.
It is kinda on the pricey side for sure. Call before coming in, or make an appointment just to be in the safe side so that you will be helped.

Alena is great! She is really sweet, explained everything she was going to do before starting anything. She started by drawing out lines of where my brows are going to be and used another color to show what it would look like after.
I think normally it’s suppose to take like 20 – 30 minutes to do brows at brow bar, but the next thing you know, her next appointment arrived and I looked at the clock, we were definitely with her longer than the «allowed time.» I just really liked the fact that she took her time because brows to ME are a serious thing.
I use to get my brows threaded at the brow place upstairs, but after my experience with Alena, let’s just say that I will definitely be going back to see her again! :)
