Dr. Jennifer Stevens, D.C. began her practice in Carlsbad Village in 1999. She has sucessfully grown a well respected, honest, and caring Chiropractic pain and wellness center.

Dr. Jennifer Stevens decided to become a chiropractor after she was involved in a car accident. Approximately six months after her auto accident she began to experience vertigo/​dizziness. She went to various medical doctors without any relief. She tried a chiropractor and after a few treatments her vertigo was gone. She then decided to become a chiropractor.

She attended UCSB where she received her BA in Biology. She then went to Los Angeles College of Chiropractic where she graduated on the dean’s list and cum laude of her 1997 class. She worked for two years at Vista Chiropractic Center and from there bought a practice in the village of Carlsbad. Carlsbad Chiropractor-​Dr. Jennifer Stevens has been the successful doctor of this practice for the past 17 years.

As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Stevens is committed to promoting optimal health and well being of patients. She believes in honestly and gently treating her patients pain.

Carlsbad Chiropractic is a top notch chiropractic care facility with the most experienced & caring chiropractor, (Jennifer Stevens) that I have every been to. An obvious EXPERT in her field, she is dedicated to each and every patient whether you are new to chiropractic or are a seasoned veteran of chiropractic care, Jennifer will treat you with the utmost of care. I highly recommend Jennifer and her friendly staff. She also is always on schedule so there is no waiting, and she is able to often accommodate a last minute same day request within reason. Keep up the GREAT work!!!

I’ve gone to 4 – 5 chiropractors in my life before listening to my boyfriend’s strong recommendation… I don’t know what I was waiting for. Dr. Stevens is awesome! She doesn’t hurry me in & out, she’s a great listener, and I love the way she uses all of her tools (she has good ones) & knowledge to get me back into shape. I have a desk job so my lower back, shoulders & neck usually need regular attention to keep me happy. I’m so glad she makes it easier for me to take care of myself before I have a problem. I definitely recommend Dr. Stevens (and massage therapist Avelina, too!) to everyone! And I believe everyone should get regular chiropractic care, for sure.

My girlfriend is injured from this doctor. I bought her a three package deal for her cause her lower back was hurting. She’s only 100lbs, so she’s pretty small. After her adjustment she could barley move for three days. We tried to call the chiropractor all week, she left four messages over seven days. Never a response or call back, nothing. We found another chiropractor and he showed us where her rib was popped out, she was in serious pain from this doctor being rough. The new doctor was angry at how swollen her back was and what had happened. Dr. Stevens never called to speak with my girl and the receptionist explained since she didn’t use the rest of her package, she has to pay full price for the one visit that hurt her. They sent a check in the mail, only a check, nothing else, nothing personal or anything letting us know they cared about the health of my girlfriend. I would not recommend a doctor with this bad of bed side manner.

Dr. Jennifer Stevens is outstanding! I have been going to Dr. Jen every two weeks for 14 years to treat a chronic problem. Thanks to her, I am mobile and walking! Not only is she a terrific chiropractor, but she has a sunny disposition and is easy to talk with. It is always a pleasure to spend time in her company and I look forward to my office visits. Dr. Stevens is the absolute best! She is very professional, thorough, and performs her treatment with the highest excellence. I have been a patient for 15 yrs. and other family members are patients as well. We all feel the same about Dr. Stevens.
I had disk surgery and have osteoarthritis. Dr. Stevens has helped me so many times over the yrs. with spasms, and various falls I have taken. She always finds a way to fit me in when I have a flare-​up. Her manner is low key and pleasant, but she «knows her stuff» and gets me back on my feet. Dr. Stevens is one of my absolute blessings in this life, and I wouldn’t trade her for the world. I have recommended several of my friends and they are equally pleased with Dr. Stevens ability.
I give her my highest recommendation as a Dr. who is a definite cut above the rest.
Marguarite runs the front office with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. Together, they make a fantastic team.

I’ve been going to Jennifer Stevens for years and she’s great! I first started seeing Jennifer when I pulled my sciatic nerve and was barely able to get out of bed. She was able to help treat me and get me back to normal. Since then, I see Jennifer whenever I have any back or neck problems and also for regular adjustments.

Dr. Stevens is a really great chiropractor! Her technique when adjusting my neck really helps when I am having pain from swimming laps. She also does a really great little massage work or therapy on me when I get treatments, which I really enjoy.

Jennifer is really really good and her secretary Margarite is very friendly! Her treatments/​adjustments are thorough and she takes care to focus on & pay attention to problem areas.
It’s a little pricey compared to some of the «chain» chiropractic places, but if you use services like this IN ADDITION to other things like stretching and exercise, etc., it can do wonders for you w/​o $$ draining =)

I’ve been coming to Dr. Stevens now for about four or five years, typically about 2 – 3 times a year when I get a weird kink in my neck or shoulder. Each and every time, she sees me promptly, assesses the situation accurately, and I leave feeling better than when I arrived. One of the many things I appreciate about her is she’s not there ‘selling’ her service, or strongly recommending that I come back time and time and time again. She’s happy to see my once or twice, get me back in alignment and out of pain, and then send me on my way. More recently I suffered some neck, shoulder and arm pain following a minor car accident. She and her staff were incredibly kind and ready to take great care of me. I had about 7 treatments, they handled all the insurance stuff, and feel 100% normal today. Couldn’t recommend her any higher than I do. She’s the best. And Patty who answers the phone, gets you checked in, and handles the paperwork/​insurance is always kind, courteous, and helpful.

Dr. Stevens took her time to explain what is happening to my back as I am getting older and what is causing some aches/​pains. She is the first chiropractor that didn’t say I had to keep coming back every week. Her office personnal, Patty, is also very nice and friendly. I give them 5 stars for friendliness and a caring attitude. I highly recommend Dr. Stevens! 2 thumbs up!
