Daniel Lehman is an author and mortgage planner with over a decade of experience in the lending industry. Although the basic service provided is home lending and mortgage, Daniel’s expertise is putting systems in place to provide the best possible customer service experience, at the lowest rates with the proper fee structure. Along with this, Daniel is an expert on the mortgage market, which is the ONLY factor which determines interest rates. So he can help you make educated decisions, as opposed to reacting to market conditions after the fact.

History

Established in 2004.

Daniel is a veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and entered the lending field after separating from the Marine Corps in 2004. Since then, he has authored a consumer handbook that explains all aspects of the mortgage planning process, and has built teams and systems with the goal of providing exceptional communication and customer service.

Synergy One Lending is a boutique mortgage banker, and only provides mortgage advice, as opposed to checking and savings accounts, auto loans, etc. Specializing in mortgage advice lowers cost, which makes interest rates more competitive, and ensures that the advice that you get is specifically mortgage related.

Daniels role involves business development for business partners such as realtors, financial planners, CPA’s, attorneys, etc. If we can make our quality partners more successful, we in turn make ourselves more successful.

Along with this, the main role related to client service is putting together plans that fits a clients long and short term goals, and cash-​flow, tax, and personal financial objectives. This includes making sure that information is communicated in a way that is completely understood, and updates are given consistently so that clients know EXACTLY where they are in the process.

Lastly, Daniel is focused on consistently improving processes and systems that make our processes more efficient. Daniel deals with questions such as — «How can we communicate better», «How can we close sooner», «How can we service our clients better», «What can we do to support our business partners success more», etc.
