We specialize in Real Estate Finance. We do home loans for people looking to buy homes. We do government loans such as VA with 0% down payment, FHA loans for first time home buyers and we also have an exclusive rent to own program. For current home owners, we help them refinance their current loans, weather that be pulling some cash out to consolidate debt, do home improvements or simply lower their mortgage payments or the term in their loan. If I had to summarize what we do in a sentence, I would say that We help our clients open doors by closing their loans.

History

Established in 2014.

The Carlsbad Branch of Synergy One Lending opened it’s doors in October of 2014. Two friends and I were looking to change companies where we worked at and after interviewing with some of the best Mortgage lending companies, we decided to work with Synergy One lending and open up a branch in Carlsbad to service North San Diego County families. We have a strong background in helping Military Families as well as the Hispanic community. I believe in treating clients they way that I would like to be treated. We understand that we are not in the lending business but in the people business. Our success will depend on how good of a job we do for our clients their friends and family that get referred to us. Business Owner

I have been a loan officer for the last 15 years. I started my career back in the sub prime days when an interest rate of 10% was a great rate. I have seen many people jump in and out of this business over the years and I know that those of us that have weathered the storm and are still here helping clients with their financing needs is because we are doing something right.

I have served on several boards in my community but I am most proud of currently serving as the President of San Marcos Pop Warner. I have 2 boys that love football and when I heard the league needed help, I decided to step up and help to ensure that there was a league for my boys and their friends to play in.

Family and Friends are very important to me. When clients come to me I treat them like they were part of my family and take their interests very much personally and I do my best to help them achieve them in the best way possible. I appreciate the opportunity to serve you and yours.
