History
Established in 2009.
Elite Conditioning was created to provide San Diego County residents ELITE fitness & nutrition services, such as: Personal Training, Boot Camps, Contest Prep, and Online Coaching.
The various types of Personal Training are: 1-on-1, Group/Partner Training, Sports Performance Training (Athletes), Youth & Senior Training.
Our Boot Camp service is an outdoor fitness program designed for results, offering over 40 classes a month at near by parks in North County San Diego. In 2012 we were voted North County San Diego’s #1 «BEST Boot Camp» by San Diego’s A-List (#4 in ALL of San Diego County).
Our Contest Prep service offers training and nutrition programs designed to the individual, coaching you all the way through your competition, to remove all of the guesswork for you and allow you to bring out your best on stage.
Our Online Coaching allows us to provide our ELITE fitness & nutrition services to everyone and anyone around the world, coaching you all the way to your goal (s).

Jon M.
Business Owner
My name is Jon McQueen, and I’ve been a Fitness Professional and Strength Coach since 2006.
I’ve worked with all types of clients ranging from youth to seniors, overweight/obese to NFL athletes, and those with various injuries and limitations. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University in Kenisiology with an emphasis in Fitness, Health, and Nutrition. I’ve have the following certifications: NSCA-CSCS, NASM-CPT, NASM-PES, NASM-CES, NASM-FNS, and AFAA-CPT.
I’m also a NPC Men’s Physique competitor and contest prep coach, working towards my ‘Pro Card’.
I pride myself in keeping up with this changing profession by furthering my education/knowledge, being able to apply what I’ve learned to help people, as well as inspire and motivate people to reach their fitness goals.
