History

Established in 1988.

Dr. Frost opened Frost Chiropractic & Rehabilitation in April of 1988 and has been active in the local chiropracitc profession for over 20 years. In the past, Dr. Frost hosted his own morning radio show where he educated the public about various medical issues.

Business Owner

Dr. Frost trained in Texas in Chiropractic and is a Qualified Medical Examiner (Q. M.E.) for the State of California. He also received his degree in Pharmacy from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Arizona. He has received specialty training in Sports Medicine including treatment of the shoulder, knees, and spine. His staff holds degrees in Nutrition from Cal Poly and certification in Neuroeducational Technique (N.E.T.).

He is a preferred provider for most large insurance companies (Aetna, Kaiser, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Health Care, Cigna) and Medicare.

Awesome chiropractor. I have been a patient of Dr Frost for several years now. Recently I had a SI joint problem. I could not get out from under the pain. It even woke me up at night from the aching. I finally resorted to Norco. I went in to see Dr Frost and after the exam he was convince it was my SI joint. I was not convinced. (I thought I was dying). After about 6 sessions and at home exercises he prescribed, the pain is completely gone. In fact, better than ever. Even before the problem with the joint, if I stood for too long I would start to get a lower backache. Not anymore. I feel like I did 20 years ago. His assistant, Cindy, is a doll too. Very efficient.

Dr. Frost, have a magical hand honestly, first time I went to him, I had dove in lake Powell on a 3 ft deep water and thought I messed up my ending nerves, my back needed re alignment, I had compressed my spine, after he saw me he said I was lucky that I am walking after that one. I went to 4 sessions and I was perfect after that. I’ve been taking my son as well who I though had scoliosis by a miss diagnose, ended up been a slight curvature of the spine, he got a bone scan. And I start taking him to Dr. Frost in combination of an acupuncturist and now he is in great shape! soo he is in my opinion the best!

I have been a patient of Dr. Frost for 20 years since back when he was in a little office by Vons. I seem to get really bad headaches a few times a year and a visit to Dr. Frost and I’m instantly cured. I live in Oceanside and work in San Diego and I’ve visited a few chiropractors near work and nobody is able to give me the kind of adjustment that instantly eases the pain. I know I’m a nuisance patient because it’s often an «emergency» walk in but they are always accommodating. Dr. Frost is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet and is usually singing as he strolls down the hall.

Dr. Frost and his staff are great! You couldn’t ask for a more professional and caring team. It is easy to get an appointment. They are accommodating if last minute changes or emergency appointments are needed. I have been very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of Dr. Frost. I strongly recommend him.

The best things about being a patient there are the high quality of care and the ease of getting an appointment whenever there is an urgency. Dr. Frost is not just a superb chiropractor, he has a gift for rehabilitating stubborn injuries that refuse to heal! Over my eight-​years as his patient, I have completed an Ironman, multiple marathons, and various other running, biking, and swimming races – all at a cost to my fifty-​three-​year-​old body. Every time I limp into his office, he is cheerful and ready to help facilitate a healing plan to pull me out of my intense pain from pushing my body past its limilts. I do not have enough words to sing Dr. Frost’s praises!

Dr. Frost was the «best» find ever. He has a great healing purpose, and takes his time to listen to his patients. Great ear and great hands. I have been a patient of Dr. Frost’s for several years and wouldn’t even consider going to another Chiropractor. It all started with a severe back strain and I was able to get into see Dr. Frost and start treatment within an hour after my initial phone call. He understood my need and made the time to start right away. He provided me with a plan to get well and within a few visits was pain free.
I go regularly now for monthly adjustments or if I need an adjustment right away, he’ll fit me in. In addition the office staff are easy to work with on scheduling, insurance coverage, and payment. The staff and Dr. Frost work as a team to ensure superb service.
