We had a water leak just before the New Year’s Eve day. We called Flood Solutions and they came out that same day. Very impressive responsiveness! They were very instructive and helpful through the process and helped us arrange a plumbing service to fix the leak when we couldn’t get our regular plumbing service to come out on short notice.
They were very professional and communicated regularly throughout the clean up process. We decided to go with a personal friend on the restoration, but I’m sure if we had used Flood Solutions they would have done a excellent job.
I would highly recommend them.

During this El Níno Storm I had flooding in my home. I’m a plumber and i know what great customer service is, and Tino was excellent.
He came in and set up and took some of the worry out of the situation. If I ever need to recommend a restoration company this is it. Thanks guys

During a kitchen remodel a baseboard was removed and we discovered mold behind it. It was no surprise as we has a small roof leak repaired recently that may have been going on for awhile. My painter advised me to call a mold remediation company. I got two estimates and Flood Solutions was the lowest. Interestingly they used a small flexible camera to look behind the wall and the other company did not. We went with them and it took about one week total. They tented the area and installed a large HEPA fan, and came daily to do their work. Sam communicated with me every day to let me know the progress and was always available for my calls which I appreciated. They were very professional and unobtrusive. I hired an independent test company for the clearance and after that they cleaned everything up nicely. The final price was slightly higher but I was aware that could happen as they don’t know the true extent of the problem until they start the job. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the need arose. Excellent work.

Unbelievably great. We discovered we had a mold problem and they were able to get there and take care of every aspect. Very clean and professional. they sealed up everything and completely cleaned up after themselves. Had a bad water leak for several days. Found FS on Angie’s list with A ratings. Contacted Joey who promptly showed up and gave me a ballpark figure. I accepted and they started working that day. Sam the field supervisor was very attentive and communicated to me what was going on. The job was done in three days and site was cleaned up. I was impressed with their response and professionalism and would highly recommend them

I had roof leak during the last rain, called my insurance company who sent out a different company 1 day later. The Other company poked a couple holes in my wall, set a dehumidifier and 2 fans in the middle of the room, and left them there for 7 days. The only thing that dried out was my families sinuses. 2 days later, my hardwood floor started to warp, and moisture was still present. I called Flood solutions and they sent Sam and his crew out right away. The moisture readings were still off the chart. He set up a zippered clean area, tore out my drywall, and took out pieces of flooring to check for mold. The area was completely clean when he finished. The difference between these two companies was amazing. Highly recommended.

First class service, from start to finish! No gimmicks, just straight forward professionalism all around. I’ve dealt with many Flood and Restoration companies due to the nature of my profession, and Floods Solutions is hands down my first and only call. Floods whether it’s clean, grey or black water, it’s almost the worst thing that can happen so it’s great to have someone that you can «go to» and know they will take care of you in an honest and professional way. I had a burst water line and had to remove vanity, contain mold spores, fix water line, and restore drywall and bathroom finishes. Sam at Flood Solutions was exceptionally fast, professional, prompt, consciousness of home was amazing, and worked around our family of four with no disruption. This is the team you want to work with, all exceptional at their trades! No financial surprises, estimates given were invoices rendered. Followup and finish and clean up second to none.
