I would like to take this opportunity to introduce my myself and a brief overview of Qualifications and experience.

I offer a wide range of Architectural Design, Civil and Structural Engineering, Landscape Design, General Contracting and Construction management. Experience from ground up projects to remodeling and additions as will as property renovations. In the Custom residential, commercial, industrial, condominium and apartment complexes. For over 29 years of increasing responsibility in all phases of architecture and design, construction management. Proficient in the preparation of full sets of construction document plans, renderings, presentations, construction cost analysis, project budgets, subcontract bids and proposals, construction schedules, and scopes of work for clients.

Before my years as a general contractor I was a construction project manager and estimator for varies construction company’s in San Diego and Orange County areas for projects as large as $ 15,000.000.
