Briven Construction, Inc., is your San Diego full-​service General Contractor. We have been in business for over 9 years and we are one of the most trusted construction companies in San Diego. Owners Brian Behncke and Kevin Marti grew up together in Davenport, IA. and have built a loyal customer base here in San Diego.

Briven is driven to deliver you a quality project that is «hands-​on.» We carefully manage every step of the construction process and strive to solve issues before they become problems. We are a proud Accredited member of the BBB with an A+ rating and have been an active member of NARI San Diego since 2011. We have experience in all phases of construction and our licensed designers will walk you through the design phase of your project.

Along with our experienced team of Subcontractors, our in house staff specializes in all things wood; structural reconstruction; remove and replace damaged structural beams, walls, and roofs, and seismic retro fit jobs.

Brian grew up in Davenport, IA and moved to San Diego in 2003. He has 20 years experience in the construction field is an active Board Member of NARI San Diego. Brian is always looking for ways to improve customer relations and the building process as a whole. He resides in Vista, CA with his wife Amy and their three kids.
