I have been helping my clients buy and sell homes for over 11 years as a full time REALTOR® in the San Diego area. I consider it an honor to service a full spectrum of clients from relocation to luxury and first time buyers and sellers. It is a true passion of mine to help people and I see myself as more of a consultant — learning first and then educating and providing ethical service and advice. I pride myself on meeting and exceeding my client’s expectations by forming a partnership with them on their journey. The skill to listen to the wants and needs of my clients is paramount.

History

Established in 2002.

I have taken to heart the mindset of working by referral. My context is to deliver first class service with a servants’ heart. The results are proven — during the past 11 years working by referral has elevated my clients experience and today, nearly 99% of my transactions are referrals from past clients. In addition, the service providers I refer my clients to during a transaction also share this context & philosophy.

The advantage of being in a partnership with me is that you are connected to a local business professional. I graduated from San Diego State and majored in business with an emphasis in business marketing. I have represented well over 150 families and individuals in the buying and selling of residential real estate in all of San Diego. My extensive background in business marketing, negotiations and local knowledge has benefited my clients towards profitable results. When I am not working, my wife and I enjoy traveling to her homeland of Brazil. Here in San Diego, we enjoy spending time at the beach surfing and hanging out with family and friends.

As first time home buyers, we were apprehensive about the home buying process. We were referred to Jeff by family and upon meeting him we immediately knew why! Jeff and his team went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he provide candid advice, but his expertise of the market is exceptional. Jeff guided us through a new and foreign process with ease. His team always quickly responded to our many questions and simplified the entire process to ensure our understanding. With Jeff’s help, we were able to buy a beautiful home in Tierrasanta that had several other offers on it. He also convinced the sellers to build an island, install canned lighting, and install a fence in the backyard as a condition to the sale of the home. Over the past 5 years, Jeff has helped us to sell two homes and purchase one. Our most recent experience was in selling our condominium at Portico in Rancho Carillo in Carlsbad.
Jeff’s knowledge of the local market helped us to set the right asking price for our home. He put us in touch with a simplified stager who staged our home beautifully. The professional photographer took super appealing photos. And the website Jeff created to market our home attracted a lot of attention (internet clicks).
The result? We averaged better than a showing a day, our home sold in less than two weeks, and we got better than 97% of our asking price.

Most importantly Jeff is a great guy! He is honest, patient, and good-​natured. He is an incredible listener. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. If he doesn’t know an answer to a question, he will find it for you. Jeff works with a great team as well. His assistant Jennifer Lego is also wonderful.
