Kerri’s Aesthetics

I had my first facial with Kerri yesterday and I cannot wait to go back! She gently cleaned out my pores with minimal pain and then relaxed and pampered me. I left with my skin feeling amazing and my whole body feeling stress free. Loved it! I also appreciated how she fully described each product she applied and what it was used for before applying it to my face.

Fantastic European facial treatment!!! Kerri was wonderful~ she definitely pampers you and I left feeling so relaxed. I appreciated that she told me everything she was using and what she was doing. I never felt rushed and was able to fully relax and enjoy. Excellent experience. What a great find~ I’ll be back:)

I wouldn’t exactly say this was a relaxing experience. She was late for the appointment by 20 min and didn’t even acknowledge it.
The extractions were a little rough and when I asked her about the two distinct markings on my face afterwards she responded pretty rudely about how I had deep blackheads in there and she had to get them out.
I had let her know that I was pregnant beforehand just in case. She didn’t explain everything she was putting on my face and when I asked about the retinol she was using she said it was ok for pregnant women. I researched it online afterwards and several sites say retinol is not recommended for pregnant women.
I used a groupon for this visit and gave this feedback. I just received a pretty rude response telling me «You were told that there were NO contra indications with this product so PLEASE do not try and be the expert! which part did YOU not understand?»
Umm ok? Thank you for that response. (Still no acknowledgement of her lateness) I’m not trying to be an expert and I definitely didn’t claim to be one. I merely expressed concern based on what I read online. For someone who does claim to be an expert in facials they should be a little more finessed in how they treat their clients and respond to their concerns.
I probably won’t go to an establishment that needs to advertise on Groupon next time.

I went to this salon using a living social voucher. Kerri was late to her appointment, really rough with extractions, and left me alone for a good part of the facial. This was my worst facial experience ever. Please stop trying to sell me on things when giving me a facial, and please clean up your extremely cluttered facial room. I swear my face was much better off without her rude advice and rough treatments.

My facial was EXCELLENT! Kerri was very professional. And the bed was AMAZING!!! Great find.

My wife bought me a groupon deal for an hour long European facial. I thoroughly enjoyed the procedure but honestly didn’t feel the love from Kerri. I was in her way. Never really felt welcomed to her spa.
She was late for my procedure & was adamant that it was my fault. I will not return. Plenty of other spas that would love my business.

Very clean and friendly. Kerri was very professional and knowledgeable. My skin has never felt and looked so good. She is probably the most affordable esthetician in Carlsbad and still maintains great quality. She has been in the business for 30 years and it shows. I just saw that she also has a Groupon right now.
