Kevin, a San Diego native, has been in the real estate industry since 2003. Kevin brings his years of expertise to assisting home sellers, buyers and investors with the successful sale or purchase of their home or investment property.

His professional experience as a business owner and sales trainer provides Kevin the ability to focus in on what matters most, especially when it comes to developing lasting relationships and delivering authentic customer care.

As a collegiate athlete at UCLA, he placed 5th in the 1999 PAC-​10 Finals Steeplechase and earned All-​Academic PAC-​10 1st team honors. Kevin continues to excel in his real estate career with the same passion and competitive spirit as he demonstrates in his successful athletic career.

I’ve know Kevin for over 25 years and he always has been, and always will be a dedicated, hard working professional. This spring he went through the pains of looking at every house on the market over several months and then helped us purchase our first home as a married couple. As I write this I am looking at the Pacific Ocean from my dining table and couldn’t be happier.
My wife and I can both be demanding and particular, and he exceeded my high expectations as a friend and my realtor. He consulted with me about what homes were a good value and what concessions to ask for that were reasonable and allowed both parties to feel good about the deal. Considering some of the agents we met while looking at properties, I would recommend Kevin to anybody and everybody. If you can’t utilize his services, make sure you do some research on the person you deal with, as many agents out there are clueless and worthless based on my experience. Thanks Kevin!

I recently asked Kevin to find me a house in Bay Park. The first one we looked at was perfect. We did a market comparison and submitted an unignorable bid. With minimum contingencies we were able to close in 10 days. Kevin carefully crafted the offer, counter offers and final request for adjustments. Very clean deal. Since it was so smooth for both of us… Kevin covered some of my escrow cost. This guy is extremely experienced, personable, professional and skilled in the real estate arts. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him at a 10!

Kevin recently helped me to sell my investment property in Clairemont. It was a very complex transaction as it involved coordinating with contractors for repairs as well as my tenant for open houses and showings.
Kevin was there every step of the way for me. He negotiated great pricing with a number of contractors for electrical, a new fence, painting and plumbing. He has some amazing contacts if your property needs a little tlc before hitting the MLS.
Also, he dealt with my tenant which made my life much easier and kept me up to date with showings, offers, etc. Dealing with a tenant and their personal schedule can be tricky when you are trying to sell a home but Kevin handled it like a pro.
Within a couple of weeks we received a couple of offers, at a price I was very happy with. After a short escrow period I am happy to say the home is now sold!
This is the second time I have used Kevin for a real estate transaction and strongly recommend his services whether you are buying or selling.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to rent a place on Ocean Beach with Kevin. While I understand the fault probably lies more with the owner, I felt strung along as I was not able to get any answer on my application. After a week of unmet expectations, I gave up and signed a lease for another unit.
Kevin was very cordial and friendly when we met, and he responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner, but the inability to get a decision on my application left me wanting for a higher level of professionalism and reflects poorly on this business.

Kevin was an absolutely fantastic real estate agent when I purchased my condo. The most important things for me was an agent that 1) listened to my interests 2) understood and handled the whole process and 3) was extremely timely on all my questions and the work that was needed. Kevin exceeded my expectations in all of those of areas. We faced a number of challenges when closing and I think it would have fallen through if it wasn’t for Kevin’s time and attention.
I would HIGHLY recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy or sell. You could not be in better hands!
