Excellent staff helped me shop and settle for the cutest backpack ever. Ended up with the toasty-gold smaller challenger backpack and I absolutely LOVE it!

I love this store! I’m a huge fan of the products here — parachute grade nylon used to make highly durable and extremely light-weight bags and luggage that are easy to clean. Various man-friendly bags, and all types of luggage and duffel bags, as well as wallets, laptop bags, iPad cases and more. But what really makes this place is the staff, especially the manager, Andy! He is so knowledgeable about the products and so friendly, that he really made the shopping experience an enjoyable one. Andy really went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the products, helped us with substitutions and choices, and made sure we knew all the details and nuances of each bag to help us make an informed decision. And he was so personable and positive the whole time, we forgot we were shopping for bags and had a good time. What great service!

Well if you travel a lot you or not often at all, you know how annoying it is waiting for your bag and every bag is black, navy or brown and hard to spot which one is yours. Well there is a way to break out of that dull baggage claim crowd. Once you walk into this store you will be blinded by all the bright bags. Purple, light blue, yellow, orange… all the colors and sizes you need to make picking your bag out of the lineup easy and fast. In case that isn’t enough, each bag has an attached little keychain monkey the same color as the bag with a name as well. How could you pass this up right? Very small space inside but everything inside is easy to find and the prices aren’t too bad and the staff is very friendly and eager to help if you need their assistance. During the holidays the mall where this store is located gets very busy but when its an expected busy weekend they have a valet lot that I believe is roughly about $ 7 which is worth it rather than spending $ 20 worth of gas trying to find parking.
