A former addictions primary therapist at Betty Ford Center, I have 10+years working with individuals, families, and loved ones impacted by the disease of addiction. Additionally, I specialize in co-​dependency, trauma, grief. loss and painful relationship patterns in marriages and significant relationships.

I believe that one cannot take another where they haven’t been. Thus, my own personal recovery in addition to my education, training, and passion for self-​discovery is my strength.

My approach is heart-​centered, compassionate, yet no-​nonsense. I offer a free «meet ‘n greet» so you may get a feel for a right fit.

History

Established in 2000.

I went back to school later in life, feeling it was time to do my Life’s Work. I am passionate and in awe of the human experience of personal growth and discovery.

I have worked in private practice (in addition to chemical dependency treatment) since 2000.

I began my own personal recovery in 1992 from trauma and co-​dependency.

It is my honor and privilege to facilitate the journey of wholeness with others who are seeking a more fulfilling life.

I have been an independent licensed Marriage Family Therapist (psychotherapist) for 15+ years — I have also worked as an Addictions Counselor at Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, as well as Casa Palmera in Del Mar, CA. My specialties includeAddiction and its impact on famlies/​loved ones; co-​dependency, trauma, grief, painful relationship patterns, depression, and getting to the core of anger issues.
