No respect for patient’s time. I wait every time for an appointment sometimes for an hour in the waiting room. I’m changing providers. Love the doctor but scheduling doesn’t work.

I checked in here for a stand up MRI. One of the very few places you can get one. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

I did not have my baby at this St. Vincents, I had our little one at the Carmel hospital. BUT … my husband and I did take a breastfeeding class at this location. The nurse that held the class did a fantastic job. She was informative, realistic, and extremely helpful. We learned a ton by going to this class and has help me breastfeed my little on for the 2 months she has been here :)

I had my baby here and I have no complaints! I met with a nurse a few weeks before my due date as part of the«Monogram Maternity» program and that was SO helpful. I also took a tour of the maternity ward which made the big day less scary. They have so many thoughtful little touches that you’d never think were even necessary(and maybe they aren’t) but they’re nice to have. They have a little birthday cake for your baby’s birthday. There’s a family room for visitors to hang out in in case you don’t want everyone stuffing into your hospital room. That family room also has fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in it all day long. It’s dangerous but so good. You get a massage the day after you give birth, which was probably the best massage ever. The NICU is right next to the regular nursery which was helpful. The operating room for C Sections is in the same place as the regular delivery area so in case you need an emergency C Section(like I did), you are literally 5 seconds away from it. The nurses were all so nice, I loved every single one of them. Giving birth SUCKS(see? I’m the one honest woman) so having nice, nurturing women to help you feel better afterwards is priceless.

I didnt realize this was a womens hospital when I was here. We were in the ER. I was amazed by the hospital here. My boyfriend was sick and we went here. I was astounded that 1) we didnt have to pay for parking 2) we were able to park right near the front door 3) we explained what was going on with my boyfriend, they took his vitals right there on the spot and walked him right back to a room!!! 4) They took labs and a CT and a US and we had the results back within 15 minutes of being back in the room. Not to mention that there was no wait for the radiologies, was taken there and straight back! 5) We were in and out of there within 6 hours after all the meds they gave my boyfriend wore off. 6) The first Dr on call remembered my boyfriend from a year ago when he was there. 7) The second Dr on call actually called my boyfriend at home a few days later to check on him! I was so impressed by this hospital, I was speechless! I am from Georgia and we have to pay for parking, park far away from the hospital in a parking deck, and wait 5 – 7 hours in a waiting room before we are even seen, then another 5 – 7 hours once you are finally put in a room, it takes forever to get tests done and just as long to get the test back. And the only thing you receive from a ER doctor after you leave is a bill!!! Things like this hospital and the light traffic here do not make me miss Georgia at all!!! I love my city here in Indiana, now I see why it made the list for one of Americas best places to live!
