A Better Carpet Solution

Tyson recently cleaned the carpets in my office and his service was amazing!!! He arrived at the scheduled time, removed some stubborn stains that we were unable to remove using off the shelf products and left our carpet looking like new. He was professional and he worked fast to avoid us having a lot of down time. I would recommend A Better Carpet Solution to any business or homeowner that values great service!

Tyson was very accommodating to schedule when I needed, drive outside his area, inform me of what techniques would be the best for results I would be happy with. I was very pleased that he was thorough given I was not present at the house at the time. He was very reasonable in price and kept me updated with changes to our estimate. I am very pleased with his work on my rental property with the cleaning and repairs to the carpet doorways and delaminating issues. Thanks tyson!

Can’t say enough good things about this team — affordable, friendly and responsive. I’m a tricky client since we live on the 14^th floor, but Tyson made it work to transform our tile and carpets. I’ll definitely use them again!

I feel like 5 stars isn’t even enough to express how happy I am with the results of my carpet and sofa cleaning; major kudos and thanks to A Better Carpet Solution! They have certainly earned their name in my book.
I researched several local companies, comparing their prices and reviews. I found their initial price to be slightly more than other companies, but don’t stop reading yet, they were worth every single penny I paid and here’s why:
1) I can’t express how good of a job they did. I wish I took before and after pictures, because they literally saved my sofa. I thought it needed to be replaced, and there was no hope for cleaning, but decided to try anyway. I am so glad I did, because it looks almost new; and on top of the normal wear and tear dinginess, it had denim stains, which is no easy job to remove… oh and did I mention the sofa is WHITE?! My carpets had a couple tough stains, one being some mixture of oil and curry… totally gone now!
2) They didn’t nickel and dime me once they got here, which I feel makes their slightly higher up-​front price not only justifiable, but even more comparable in the end, and also a relief to have a no-​surprise and honest estimate from the get go.
3) With most things in life, you get what you pay for, and this is no exception… they offer a great service at a very fair price.
4) The customer service was top notch, and they really went above and beyond the call of duty on my sofa especially.
I firmly believe that if I chose another company, there’s a good chance I’d have a sofa that still had denim stains; and I’d be looking for a new one right now instead of writing this review from my bright white sofa… So thank you very much A Better Carpet Solution for saving me a couple thousand dollars!

Tyson did an unbelievable job on my carpet and tile and for a reasonable price. I didn’t expect the carpets to look as good as they do. I would definitely recommend this company. You’re not going to get a couple of shady employee’s who rack up charges to make commission and don’t care. Your going to get the owner of the company with nice equipment who cares about doing a good job. First, lets just get this out of the way… Babies, and white carpet do not mix. Ever.
My house was built with white carpet, and I believe that this is quite honestly the worst decision that any home builder could make.
That aside, I am so glad to have found out about Tyson’s company. He actually did my mother-​in-​laws house the week previous, and they were really happy with his work, so I called him to have him do the white carpets in my home that had been destroyed by our maniacal milk and juice wielding babies.
I was genuinely disgusted with how the carpet looked and forewarned Tyson that it probably won’t come up but that I would appreciate if he could just do what he could to get it as clean as possible. He seemed confident that my expectations would be surpassed, and they seriously were!
Tyson and his dad were in and out in just over an hour, and my carpets went from looking dingy and tired to literally looking brand new. I was completely shocked. So was my wife!
I don’t know what kind of voodoo is in that little rotary brush cleaner that they use, but whatever it is, it’s powerful.
A few things that I would like to share that made this experience even better (other than the super clean carpets)
–Tyson, and his dad are super friendly. I stood there chatting with them throughout the process of them cleaning the carpets.
–They are clean people that actually care about making sure they do a really good job.
–They don’t mind explaining what they’re doing, or how their processes work.
–Lastly, they were fast, and efficient, and the prices were super fair!
I will definitely be using them again, and I’ve already recommended them to my friends and co-​workers.

I have to admit to having cream colored carpet in the dining room. The carpet was incredibly dirty with long-​time stains and I thought it was a hopeless cause. Tyson did a fantastic job cleaning it and even removed the stains I thought would be impossible to remove.
Tyson was professional and nice to work with. I’ll definitely use A Better Carpet Solution again.

Tyson came out this morning and did the carpet in my new house. We had been painting and tracked a trace amount of white paint on our brown carpet. Tyson who was promptly on time, and texted when he was on his way, very professional. He was able to get the majority of the paint off the carpet, other than the deep mashed in paint. He does everything by email/​electronically, which is very convenient. He clearly cares about his clients and doing a good job. Would have him back!
He also measured the rooms and gave me the price before he started, helpful!

We purchased a groupon for their services and added on stairs. Tyson was on time and did a much better job than other carpet cleaners we’ve had in the past. He got out some stains that others had not been able to remove. Tyson was professional, quick and VERY thorough! Will definitely use them again, with or without a groupon!

I have been working with Tyson for almost a year, He is the owner of ABC for all my carpet cleans, Construction cleans, Flips, water extraction and Mold remediation.
His work is always great, He has come back to do minor touch ups is stains have come back, His prices are phenomenal compared to other similar vendors, He is honest, respectful and really professional.
He has come and help me with mayor water extractions on holidays and weekends. He has always shown up when needed.
I will recommend his services to everyone I know in Sacramento County.
My only complaint is he needs to fast track and simplify his billing on larger jobs. It can be a bit confusing.

Excellent, knowledgeable, efficient service. Like the moron I am, I spilled dark, dark nail polish on my carpet, allowed it to dry a few days, and then called ABC. They were able to completely remove the stain, and best of all to do so with completely organic cleaning solutions. If you’re concerned about harsh cleaning chemicals, and stellar service, ABC is the solution.
