Maria D., Crystal Lake, IL — We had a clogged kitchen sink that was an issue we discovered late at night — we called Mike 1^st thing the next morning and he was able to fit us in his schedule for later that afternoon. He called to say he would be at my house within 30 minutes and he was there on time! He was able to unclog the drain and he explained to me where the issue was and what may have contributed to it (No egg shells in the garbage disposal!). When he was done, he walked through some other tips when dealing with a garbage disposal as well making sure to watch for any leaks over the next few days. He was very knowledgable and answered my questions completely. I would definitely call Mike again for any future plumbing needs — thanks Mike!

I was having a sink drainage issue on both of my kitchen sinks. I had my regular plumber come out the day before and he could not figure out how to clear the blockage. Recommended calling Roto Rooter.
Called Roto Rooter later that day and set up an appt the next day. They were 2 hours late. They wanted to charge me a flat fee of $ 340. This seemed very high. I said no thanks.
Found Alfi with Google and got Mike the owner on the phone right away. He was able to change around his schedule to meet me back at my house within 30 mins. He arrived early. Mike was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 1 hour. I even had him fix a slow flushing upstairs toilet.
The total cost was close to half of what Roto Rooter wanted to charge. I will continue to use Alfi in the future.
