Whole grains, freshly milled flours, hearth breads: Selections will vary seasonally and week-to-week, but will include sourdough hearth breads, honey wheat, sourdough dark rye, spelt tortillas, scones, chocolate almond biscotti, sourdough english muffins, and more.
History
Established in 2009.
This is a home-based bakery started less than two-years ago and primarily serving the Carrboro/Chapel Hill area via the farmer’s markets. Other options may appear in the future, but the markets are a bounty of really great stuff so if you can’t make it I encourage you find a friend that goes.

I didn’t have any single moment of inspiration, but instead felt compelled for years to explore the intersection between things I was passionate about and things my community needed. I’m not a serial entrepreneur so it really took me some time to figure out that a small business was exactly what I needed to do.
