Got pedicure here, very bad service! Don’t even scrub and ask for 5 extra to do scrubbing. Very unfriendly staff.

Worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. I walked in without checking Unilocal first(BAD idea) because I’m relatively new to the area and looking for a new go-to nail salon. I just wanted a little pampering; so, when they told me pedicures were $ 40 I thought, «well worth it.» I was sadly mistaken. The pedicure chairs have no massage built in. «Ok,» I think, «not a deal breaker.» My feet soak for awhile, and the nail tech begins trimming and painting my nails. No foot rub. No leg rub. No lotion. Literally just soak, trim, paint. So, I’m feeling very underwhelmed for $ 40 and leaving thinking I won’t be back. But wait, there’s more! I pay in cash and request my change when I am told, «we charge 20% for tip.» Call me old fashioned, but I think 20% tips should be earned not«charged,» and if 20% tip is going to be mandatory, the technicians should at the very least rub your feet/legs with lotion. STEARCLEAR.

Had broken a nail so walked in for the mani pedi listed on the brochure out front. $ 47 which included a 10 minute foot massage and 10 minute hand massage. Got the pedicure with a few interruptions when her cell phone rang and a massage that was 5 minutes absolute max. Then I was moved from the massage chair(that didn’t work) to a table where I sat waiting for 10 minutes while she finished someone else’s nails. I put my shoes on, paid $ 21 for the most disappointing pedi ever, still with a broken nail and no need to return here.

I’ve visited this location several times, and I think I’ve enjoyed the experience 50% of one of those visits. It’s unfortunate because it’s close to where I live, and the establishment is cleaner than most. 1. Unfriendly staff — Note: 10% of the staff is for sure super friendly and helpful, but that’s simply not a high enough % for me. 2. See #1 — on my last visit(and I mean VERYLAST), a gentleman took care of my mani/pedi. He was rough, refused to let me wear my own flip flops(?!), cut my foot, and refused to be more gentle even when I requested he please be more gentle. It was like he was racing the clock! 3. Payment method — I will normally tip in cash, but each time I visit, I get conflicting information on payment — yes credit card, no credit card… tip on card, tip only in cash… Final answer? Yes, credit card and ‘preferred’ tip in cash. 4. As far as pricing goes, it’s a little on the pricier side.

Got a manicure and pedicure from here for $ 25.50, which is pretty affordable. Nicky did both services. She really didn’t say much to me, which I didn’t mind. She also didn’t wash her hands before or after doing my nails. I also did not see her clean the basin after my pedicure. She did however rub my shoulders for a minute or two as my nails were drying. And there was a nice selection of colors. However, I would not return nor would I recommend a friend. This place wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t impressive either(with so many other nail salons around, they should step it up a notch!) Ps. The nail polish chipped on 3 fingers already and it’s only two days old.

Great manicure for $ 10 and you get a back massage to boot. The place is new and clean, everyone there is very nice. Good Essie and OPI colors — can’t go wrong. They also do waxing if you do that kind of thing at nail salons…

I came here to get my nails done and did not mind the reviews it turns out what they said was right about how they do not do a good detailed job the lady was massaging and cleaning my nails as if she was in a rush she did not take her time. It turns out one of my toes is no crookedly cut and she did not even check to see that she was so fast. A good place is one that is detailed and takes their time also they ended up haggling with me over the tip amount which made me feel guilty and made me have to pay more for the tip even though I didn’t feel they deserved a higher tip. They need to do a better job if they want to get a high tip from people who they are servicing. this is not fair. I am not coming back here again.

I don’t really understand why this place has mixed reviews. I’ve been here twice and got a nice manicure and a fantastic back massage both times. It’s fairly inexpensive in comparison to other salons around and during the day I haven’t had to wait at all.

I came in for a manicure. It was speedy, but the tech massaged my hands for maybe 10 seconds each, and I had to ask her to make sure to paint my entire nail to the edges. The result was quite sloppy, with excess paint on my skin in numerous places. It looks like I painted my nails myself which, believe me, is no compliment. It was perhaps just this individual tech. The prices are fair(perhaps better than others in the neighborhood, so I suppose you get what you pay for) and it is clean, but I would rather pay more to get better results.

I love this new, super clean nail salon. $ 10 for a mani and the lady that did my nails was so so so nice. We chatted a bit and she was so grateful for my tip. I sort of couldn’t believe it… the nail polish did chip in 3 days but honestly she was so nice, I will be back.
