Established in 2009.
Sara Bridges has been a certified personal trainer since 2009. She attended Coopers institute and has participated in continuing education.
She has trained at Lifetime fitness in North Dallas.
She has worked with many different clients and seen wonderful results.

Sara Bridges is a certified personal trainer through Coopers Institute in Dallas, Texas. She has worked with people who have many different fitness levels. She is sensitive to those who are just starting a fitness program and tough on those who need to be pushed! Sara will push you to your physical max and help you reach your goals!
