Hectic gas station. Didn’t accept credit card at the pump or at the cashier. Messy vibe overall. Not sure I’ll be back…

Hey, I’m from San Diego so I am pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food. This place does it right.
Yummlies SteakFajitas, and the Salsa and Chips!
Wish they made Soup, like Pozole or Menudo.
The staff is always good and courteous.
I enjoy atmosphere as well.
Might need to stop in for a Chili Relleno!

One of the favorite hot spots in Springtown. Always fresh with great service.
The pork chops are delicious and the Chile rellano is on of the best I have had! Get it with the Ranchero sauce!

Love this place! It’s literally my favorite Mexican restaurant… anywhere! Highly recommended!

Very nice outdoor patio — fast service.
Only had a margarita, but it was excellent and inexpensive!

Super friendly service and good Mexican food. This place obviously has a loyal set of well deserved regulars. Fajitas, and enchiladas are tasty, and there red and green salsa above average.

Our first stop for TexMex as soon as we arrived back in Texas! So so good, The chips and salsa were wonderful! Love their queso! Yummy! We will be back soon!

Love this place! Good simple Mexican food. I always get the fajitas. The horchata is also good. I’ve never had enough room for dessert unfortunately.

These gas station have the best price and have friendly employees and fresh coffee good costumer service also have smog and repair shop

Their food isn’t very good and the place tends to be dirty. Some of the waiters are nice, but others are gross, like they can’t be bothered to wash their hands when they get someone else’s food on them.

Avoid this place! At 10:30 I called to get a smog check and the guy asked me what time I wanted to come in. I told him I was coming ASAP, he said OK. I got there and they said «come back at 3:00 or tomorrow». They lied. I won’t be back at 3:00 or tomorrow. 0 Stars for that.

The owner thinks he can treat people like trash. Do not do business with the man, he will cost you a lot of money!

I took a 1990 Honda and they told me it did not pass the smog test. They were also trying to charge me a large amount to fix so I took it to a different smog test station and it passed with no problems.
Also initially they told me it would cost $ 70 and the second time around they up the price to $ 80.
I pump gas here but don’t trust the mechanics!

The Bar is too small with a very limited selection and service is very slow both at the bar and at a the table. The food is a just above average the lighting makes for a bright, work cubicle atmosphere. With just a few small adjustments this place could be special really special. The large patio area is not utilized as it could be. Part of this is because if the city noise ordinance.

I have been visiting this gas station on a weekly basis for the last 4 years. I have never had a bad experience. Gas is always cheaper than the closest gas station, which is miles from there. Mechanical shop and smog are one of the best services you can ask for from an independent shop.
Overall, the managers, the staff, mechanics, are one great team that will make your life easier if you happen to ask for help.

I was a regular here since they opened and would have given them 3 stars, pretty good but nothing special, but good service always. After our last visit don’t think I will be returning. The food was bad-​I think the beans were old, got over charged for our beers and all round bad experience. Since they were a 3 star rating and this was a 1 star experience I’ll give ‘em 2 stars,

ok, had super there the other night. service was a little slow but the place was pretty busy and she was young! the have a bar, patio and café all in one… sweet the food was really good, there was 4 of us and we all enjoyed other meals. oh and the price was really good under $ 50.00 4 for people. I really like this place and will be back for sure. good for dinner, lunch or just hanging out and having drinks! my new favorite place to go! oh yes I WILL BE BACK

LOVE El Cerrito!!! The food is always so good and the service as well! My favorite is Paco’s Favorite Steak, which is a ribeye grilled to perfection with melted Monterrey Jack cheese on top. It also has grilled onions and peppers with a side of refried beans (also best beans ever!) and rice. I also love the avocado enchilada’s with sour cream sauce! I have not eaten anything at El Cerrito I didn’t love!

Located just south of Hwy 199 in a small quiet business plaza, the size of the restaurant is impressive. They have also built a huge outdoor deck area with an awful view but still ambitious. The appearance inside doesn’t match the exterior landscaping which is glorious. Really boring inside. Nice menu selections, and very reasonable prices. The chile relleno I had was available with beef, chicken or cheese. It was prepared nicely and brought out on colorful plates that were a nice departure from the oven blackened dingy ones you usually encounter in mexican restaurants. Chips were thinner style and served with a nice salsa that had a cilantro punch. The bar didn’t have draft beer but they did offer Pacifico, Modelo, and they are hard to find served in a rural location. Most of the staff appeared to be under 25, but they were attentive, courteous and actually looked like they enjoyed working there. A great surprise in Springtown which will see me return for more… next time I’m hittin that outdoor deck!

This smog station is and has terrible bad service the workers work when they want and just give you the run around… Bad!!!

Cheap gas, but I prefer Costco. Its just something about that costco gas or is it that bomb hand dipped ice cream with the nuts that they be serving. I think i’m goin to stick to my guns from now and keep it COSTCO
