History

Established in 1995.

Chef Thelma Polanco and Chef Alba Rodriguez have acquired an extremely versatile and robust set of expertise in the culinary arena over the past 30 years. The beginning of their journey and love for cooking began as children in their mother’s kitchen, where they spent their up-​bringing learning the use of fresh produce and herbs. They learned to value flavorful meals prepared at home.

Thelma and Alba take pride in the diversity of their menus and clientele. Cuisine rangesfrom European/​Asian fusion to classic American and Latin dishes. All the while, maintaining a health conscious repertoire. Every ethnically diverse dish is full flavored and texture driven.

For over 20 years these chefs managed and helped establish a health food based chainof restaurants in the Southern California region before becoming private chefs to numerous clients in the greater Los Angeles area.
