1sr time going to this place. Once you walk in is beautiful. They open early and when I got there, they already had at least 5 costumers. I needed my eyebrows and upper lip wax. I was not in a hurry. The person who seem to be in charge and already taken care of another customer, told me that she was ready for my wax. She obviously was in a hurry and I appreciate her taken the time to help me. However, she was so rough and brutal when she begin doing my eyebrows. She never brush them or cut the extra hair. She went straight to the wax and started ripping of the paper with no gentle touch. I understand that waxing is not pleasant, I been doing this for many years. But it makes it even worst when someone is just doing the job and not really caring. Once she made to my upper lip it got worst. I almost stopped her and she said «your hair is just at lot longer here». And she asked «are you in a hurry? I just let her finish. Took a quick look, pay and left. Maybe they are amazing doing nails (I don’t know that and will not try it) but when it comes to waxing not good at all.

Update on original review:
Didn’t know at the time, but they are supposed to open a new sanitized pack of tools for each customer. They didn’t. Several of my toes got infected. I also got circle skin bubbles on the bottom of a few toes that eventually peeled off AND they tore my skin with the foot scrubber. I went two months ago and all of these things just healed recently. Also they barely cleaned the basins your feet go in. I did notice all of these things when I went, but decided to ignore until my feet got the funk.
