I cracked my iPhone 5s and went in to get it fixed because I saw an ad and saw good reviews. When I took it in the gentleman working was very polite and nice and fixed my phone quick. The next morning while I was playing a game on my phone my phone cracked right across the top speaker. I did nothing to make this happen. It was Sunday and they were closed. So I went back on Monday and told the same man the story and he accused me of lying and gave me a very hard time telling me he would charge me again and I said no and wanted to leave and he finally fixed it free of charge. I was grateful he did that but upset he accused me of lying. In the future I will be going somewhere that guarantees their products and services.

Very pleased with the fast and affordable service to fix my cracked IPAD screen. It was great having a local service I could walk into and drop off my IPAD rather then have to ship it off and I got it right back in a day. Thanks ATS for being there. I will be back again if I happen to break something else.

FAST & FAIR! I’ve been carrying around my cracked screen iPhone 5 for about a month and finally decided to spend the money to fix it. My biggest concern was the time I would be without my device. Called ATS based on their Unilocal reviews, they answered the phone (important) and told me they could have it repaired in about 30 minutes. Drove to Apex from North Raleigh, handed them the phone and had it back ready to go in about 10 minutes. Pretty impressive. The price was very reasonable, about $ 50 more than what it costs to buy a DIY repair kit on-​line and without the frustration of the DIY process. Nice guys at the Apex location. I’m a very happy customer and I certainly recommend ATS. PGF

I was in Raleigh for a business trip when I had dropped my iPhone right on it’s face. I knew instantly it had to have been broken, cracked, something. And this, being the first time anything like this has happened to me, was in a bad situation. I had no clue what to do, where to go, until I came across Advanced Technology Solutions searching online. I called and spoke to Rod and he said he’d have it fixed in an hour or less. When I went down Rod explained everything to me on the process and I went ahead and did it. And boy am I a happy camper! He fixed my iPhone in about 45 min and it looked better than it did before! If you are in the area or live by this establishment don’t hesitate! GO! Saved my trip and money I would have spent on a new phone! Wish there was something like this where I live! Thanks again Rod!

I dropped off my iPhone 4s for a cracked screen repair. Very reasonable replacement cost, plus he mentioned a 15% discount until the end of May. Quick turnaround time and the phone is just like new!
If you look online, there’s a few iPhone repair services in the Triangle which either no longer exist or seem sketchy. This is a well run and reputable business, & as clumsy as I am, I’ll definitely be going back to them.
