History

Established in 2009.

in 2009, my main hobby became buying, fixing, and selling every broken iPhone I could get my hands on. My overall strategy was simple — repair phones to as near-​perfect condition as possible, so I could then sell for top dollar.

After successfully performing over a hundred repairs of my own, I realized I had developed a pretty good little skillset. I decided to branch out and advertise, offering repair services to the Raleigh area.

As I perfected my mobile repair process, I worked my way up to doing several phones a week, mostly on the evenings and weekends. Once it was clear that the need for quality iPhone repair was here to stay, I left my day job, and took on providing the service full-​time.

Hi I’m Michael. I operate most of the duties here at iPhoneIntact that keep this mobile repair service up and running 6 days a week. I’m the experienced repair tech. I’m the customer service guy who answers questions and helps troubleshoot. I also work out the logistics for multiple repairs, in multiple locations, each day. I handle the inventory. I’m the sales rep who works with individuals, as well as local cellular retail locations, to make sure affordable repair options are available to everyone. I do the marketing, and I create the ads. I’ve even been known to post on social media from time to time. I actually hand-​typed these very words that you’re reading now — true story.

I started working with iPhones over 6 years ago, when the iPhone 3G was the hottest ticket in town. At that time, local options for phone repair were limited. So, I turned to a dear friend — Google, and sought out repair parts, and tutorial instructions for my next DIY.

Soon after, iPhoneIntact was born
