EuroTech RTP

I was referred to Jon and EuroTech RTP via a popular BMW message board. I have used many of the european repair shops in town and was intrigued by the recommendation I was given.
I contacted Jon for a quote and he was back to me with detail before the end of the day. I also had 3 other shops quote me and his was the most fair and accurate and did not have any «extras» or inflated hours thrown in. I then visited his shop and «interviewed» him before committing to the work.
You will not be disappointed in any capacity. His service, knowledge and work done are second to none. I typically work on my own vehicle, but some jobs are just too big to tackle in a reasonable timeframe. Jon was able to take some very big jobs on my 08′ e65 and the end product was outstanding. The car ran like new again and I have never seen such a clean engine compartment! His attention to detail is outstanding and exactly what you want in a technician that works on these complicated and often temperamental vehicles. I was able to talk openly with Jon around work he had done, and he explained any and everything I requested. The work was completed on time and his communication with me was excellent throughout. I highly recommend him! If you have a need for any european vehicles he repairs.

I was searching for a BMW mechanic in Cary. I am glad that I found Jon Hinrichs, the owner and BMW mechanic at EuroTechRTP. He is an honest, strait forward and extremely talented mechanic with an in-​depth knowledge on BMWs. Jon is passionate, meticulous and detail oriented.
Jon thoroughly examines the car and takes pictures of the problem area (s) and explains the fix in simple terms. He spends time to educate you by proving BMW documentation on a particular issue and recommended fix. He communicates via emails and phone at every step of the repair process. He wants to fix the car right the first time. He has high work ethics. His charges are reasonable and he recommends only services that the car actually needs.
Jon not only fixed the issue that I reported, he also cleaned up the mess created by the previous mechanic. He provided transportation while he was working on the car. He uses OEM/​OES parts and he treats your car like his own. I highly rate him and recommend him for all repairs on BMWs. I would never take my BMW to any other place from now on. I am sure if you let him work on your car once, you will be his customer forever.

Can’t say enough good things about Euro-​Tech RTP and Jon the owner. He has vast experience as a German-​model technician (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW, Mini,…) and now is running his own shop. His ability to diagnose, trouble shoot and resolve the problems on my various cars has been very impressive. His attention to detail and being very competitive in his pricing is an added value that sets him apart.

It was a pleasure meeting John for the first time. I purchased a used 2005 mini cooper I wanted to find only one person to always do the work on my car. John is pleasure to communicate with by phone or email. His shop is super clean, I truly believe that John is the best mechanic ive ever delt with. Overall im 100 percent satisfied. I wont ever bring my car to dealership I will call on John If I ever need work done on my car.
